I’ve been doing the Unlimited program for the past month, and I feel the difference in my body! My feel taller, a lot of my aches and pains from having a sitting job is practically gone, and I feel stronger! I highly recommend Unlimited because it opens up more options at other locations. I got 5 days a week, and I’m getting to know all the instructors. I don’t have a negative thing to say about any of them. Also, the front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Ingrid was a substitute teacher today in an advanced level class and she definitely brought ALLLL the challenges. 😉 She taught a great class and made us all work hard. Ingrid is a phenomenal Pilates instructor. Her knowledge and instruction during class is perfection. She models the movements and shows different levels so you can go as easy or as difficult as you'd like. She instructs and emphasizes good form and safety. Her energy and encouragement keeps the class fun and lively. I always look forward to Mondays bc her classes (I take her reformer 2 and suspend 1.5 back to back) make my day. I feel so lucky that she now teaches classes at 4s. I'd follow her if Escondido and Oceanside weren't such a drive. I wish she taught more at 4s. She's the BEST!!!

Love going to Club Pilates!!! There are different types of classes & different levels so that everyone can participate. Definitely allowed me to work out regularly without the high impact but still feeling like I worked hard & accomplished something. The instructors are great & checking in with the people attending before class starts to make sure that any modifications that might be needed are provided.

I was a bit discouraged at first because of the constant waitlist but I seem to get into every class I sign up for. started going after my second baby. I had a lot of back and joint issues and wanted something that would chanllenge me but was also somewhat low impact. This has been great! My body feels so good after going and I have not had a lot of the joint back or foot pain since starting.

Very disappointed with the class reservation rules. They offer you a plan of 8 classes per month, but they don't tell you that the unlimited plan has priority, they advise you to book two weeks in advance but all the classes are always on the waiting list, I called and they told me that I can go and ask the receptionist and she book me in the class if is available. Only unlimited paying members have priority. It seems to me a lack of respect, a lack of ethics and discrimination.

This did not work out for me, unfortunately. Classes are always full. You must book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to get into a class. The Reformer classes were only ok, its more of a group setting without any real guidance on how to do the exercises properly and don't cancel a class at the last minute because they'll charge you a no show fee. If you want to suspend your membership for 30 days, there's another fee for not going. If you want to cancel your membership early, there's another fee of $100. This membership and type of services is not for me. I'm better off going to a real pilates studio and get the proper guidance of exercises on a Reformer. This may be for you but it definitely was not for me. Too many fees, not enough available classes for the price they're charging 😒

The cardio class is a great workout. I've enjoyed the reformer classes as well, but I love that I can get a good cardio workout without hurting myself! Being low impact helps as well as the extra deep stretching afterwards that helps alleviate the pain from my physical issues.
