Loving this studio so far! I availed their Black Friday promo and really appreciated how clearly the policies were explained before I signed the agreement. I’ve also enjoyed working out with Aeriol — she makes Reformer Level 1 feel both fun and surprisingly challenging!

I’m new here and I love it! All of the instructors are very supportive. Their policies and rules are set out clearly and in black-and-white. Thank you Mikaella, Keleigh and Rhea for rocking it!

The instructors are very knowledgeable and the variety of classes offered is appreciable. Unfortunately, by the time I can register, the classes for the first two weeks are already almost full. With a little luck, a spot sometimes opens up and I can attend if I sign up on the waiting list. I think this studio is a victim of its own success and perhaps has too many clients for the number of available spots.

I’m convinced the people that left bad reviews either can’t read or didn’t listen because all of their policies were crystal clear when I signed up. I asked all the questions I had before signing up and they were super polite in answering all of them. The people here are very nice. My fiancé encouraged me to get back into Pilates again after being away for years (basically before I had kids over 10 years ago). I’m very happy with this location and the instructors. If you’re little rusty like me or brand new, just stick with level 1 for a while and once you gain some momentum you can give 1.5 a try. I’m happily in a holding pattern of attending 1.5 classes now and I feel good about the workout I’m getting from them after a couple of months of being back.

Worst club Pilates I’ve been to because of the management. The instructors are awesome! I love all the instructors and it’s clean. However, the management is the worst to the deal with and (I’m sorry to say this) they seem stingy..
At my home club Pilates they are so nice and when I was injured or sick, they let me cancel late with no late fee.
This location would not refund me because I had an ankle injury and needed to cancel my class before it started. I called, I spoke to them, and they were insistent on not refunding me. I guess the management would rather incentivize people to come injured, than just not charge cancellation fees for these select cases.
We already pay hundreds for a luxury membership, it would be nice if they could cut folks some slack.. especially when they are sick or injured. I know it’s not the front desk lady’s fault, the management needs to be more understanding and less stingy 🤷🏻♀️

They don’t give you details of all the information about the policy. So, you end up paying 15 dollars or more for minimal issues.
The staff are really unhelpful.
This specific location is terrible for customer service but the instructors are really great.

The policy contains numerous details that were never disclosed. They expected customers to have thoroughly read and understood all the information beforehand. After purchasing a class, I accidentally booked the wrong two classes and immediately requested a refund upon realizing my mistake. Despite a lengthy discussion with the staff and manager, they eventually reinstated my class but imposed a restriction preventing me from booking future classes.
While I acknowledge the importance of policies, businesses should exercise fairness, especially when key details were never communicated to first-time customers. Their lack of empathy and rigid approach reflect poor customer service. No business can thrive with such disregard for its customers.
Health is essential, and exercise plays a crucial role in well-being. However, these Pilates clubs do not foster a healthy environment. I do not recommend them.

All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making every session both effective and enjoyable. The studio itself is always welcoming and impeccably clean, creating a perfect environment for a great workout. Plus, the app to sign up or cancel classes is super easy to use, adding to the overall convenience. Highly recommend!

There are so many details I would like to share here but I will spare others these details and simply say that this is a dirty studio with an owner who believes the customer is always wrong. Class difficulty is inconsistent. I do not recommend.

Great studio, staff and classes. Love the variety, and I feel great after every class. It’s a small group setting which allows the instructors to guide on form and technique. I also appreciate that the instructors are knowledgeable, the studio is very clean and the location is convenient. Classes can fill up fast, because they are small. But, using the app makes it easy to book ahead and link to your calendar.

Got a membership for my spouse.
I do not recommend Club Pilates. They leverage shady gym membership policies to maximize the amount you pay, and then make it hard to utilize the amount of classes you're able to attend.
Sign up was for a membership of three months minimum. I was then automatically charged for month four because I didn't cancel 30 days out.
Class sign ups typically require a week ahead to schedule to secure a spot.
None of this was explained to me when I signed up IN PERSON.
Club Pilates leaves the details to be combed through in an email or via their app, which is also sub-par.
The classes and instructors are solid, however. The facility is perfectly cromulent. Workouts could be more challenging, but when I am able to book one, I leave feeling better.
