If you have an unlimited membership, this location is amazing! The best CP location I’ve been to and I appreciated it more after trying other locations.

The management and owner are great and I love the way they run it. I love all the front desk girls and instructors! I love that they make things sooo easy for customers compared to other locations, I had to cancel my membership recently but if I ever come back, it’ll be at this location. I reallyyy appreciated their flexibility when I would get sick or injured. 💗

Great pilates studio! Most spacious one around 👍 Class pricing is average compared to different pilate studios around, Classes are easy to get into because they have waitlists you can add yourself on and lots of people end up canceling last minute because they book ahead and last minute I guess plans change 😁 Good for me! instructors are so attentive and want me to be better physically and emotionally. Got in a bad motorcycle accident and tore my knee, Been healing well since Pilates. Jasmine is the best and she wants me to be better every class I take (favorite class Flow1/1.5). As a member here the fact is you’re in it for 3 months and can cancel whenever after, plus you can always get take drop in classes! Awesome studio helpful staff

i had one opening class so far and i liked it enough to sign up for the membership. i like the structure of the class and how they helped with technique to feel the most out of each exercise. it’s also very clean and the staff is nice

this is my HONEST opinion on club Pilates & the upland location. it’s only worth it if you get get unlimited or else it’s going to be impossible to book a class. unlimited membership get more access. $250 for unlimited & $150 for 4 class do the math. also for this location i felt like the instructor Sara goes too fast & does not help out if you need help. also why is there a man working at club Pilates? I thought this was a safe space for women… I wish i had a better experience but i didn’t unfortunately. also if you sign up for an intro class & end up getting a membership you’re bound to that location unless you get unlimited. better to save your money & go somewhere else honestly

I've been going to this Upland studio for more than a year now. They are like family.
Very nice friendly staff very personable. The vibe is good. It's very clean and well maintained.I look forward to Pilates because of their warm attitude. Cameron, Isabelle, Jen and others are very attentive they encourage and always around. They pick up phones rightaway and have helped me change my class dates and reschedule/cancel and I find that convenient. This studio I feel is the best because I've been to other studios but I don't get this vibe.

Upland branch has had some turnover w front desk crew but these ladies have been here for a while and they really make the difference. It's been nicer since they came.

The instructors are amazing. All of them are excellent. No doubts about it. Experts in the field.

Prices-Pilates can be expensive but not if you do membership month to month is reasonable it can be $15/class and it's unlimited.

I'm taking a break from Pilates at this time for medical/personal reasons so I wanted to leave a well deserved review for this branch. I will miss the place and will return soon.

I purchased a year membership and paid upfront to get a discount. That was a big mistake, I wouldn't pay upfront again. It ended up costing me roughly $50 per class because I couldn't get into class unless I booked at least 3 weeks ahead. The monthly is better so you can make sure you like it but keep in mind you need to book you classes ahead.(-1 star)

My biggest complaint is that it was difficult to understand the directions for each move. I had never taken a pilates class before so the terms were all new. You rely on you neighbor to know what they are doing so you can copy their moves. I realized that many members had difficulty understanding the directions and didn't know what to do themselves. The instructors try to demonstrate what we need to do on the reformer but while they are standing, its not ideal for someone that is learning the moves. It didn't make how many classes I took, there was a new move at each class it only got more frustrating. I believe the simplest solutions is to have monitors with an actual person demonstrating the moves so that we are not relying on our neighbor at each class. The instructor could just flip through each demo that would be displayed on the screen and continue with whatever they need to say or count. This seems like a logical thing to do. I'm surprised they have not done so. (-1 another star)

Also this location has mostly young girls working the front counter. Don't get me wrong everyone is sweet and sounds nice, however they lack tact. I saw one member (last month) get pulled out of class there was some issue with her payment. There was no privacy and it disturbed the class to which the instructed to let them know that they are disrupting class. I encountered my own situation went canceling my membership. I made sure not to speak loudly but with the lack of privacy its easy to gather an audience. It was frustrating dealing with the girl at the counter as she told me that I would need to pay for another month since I didn't sign a cancelation form 30 days before my membership was up. I told here that when I was contacted by the other girls who were pushing me to buy another membership that I was not interested and will be cancelling they never informed me that I would need to sign any document. Furthermore, back in April when I originally complained that I was not satisfied with my membership, I spoke with a manager and told her that I would not renew my membership and want to document and insure that they not that I want to cancel my membership. That occurred in May and thankful was noted that I spoke with a manager (that manager is no longer with the company) but the girl still insisted that it was up to the current manager to determine if I would be charged another month or not. I then get a call after leaving that I would not be charged for another month because I had no prior agreement ( I don't know what that even means) but they would need to end my membership sooner to make sure I wouldn't get billed. They are short changing me, either way I just want it to be over and done with this company. (-1 another star) I do think they are ripping people off because you can't get into classes and if you can't properly do the moves you are not fully benefiting from the class. I have not seen any visual changes in anyone's body, so I don't know why people are going to pilates. I have a membership with another chain workout studio I have seen bigger transformations and the level of professionalism and care to their members is above an beyond what is given at Club Pilates. Pilates is not worth the hype.

I love that Pilates challenges you to get a little bit better with each class you take. Then having great instructors who push you a little further each time is helping me build strength and stamina. Thank you 🙏🏻

The classes are difficult to attend. Unless you plan three weeks ahead of time and make reservations, you’re not going to get in.

I’ve had classes which were really fun and difficult and I’ve had classes with instructors during which I felt like we were alternating between doing an impossible move and a comically tactless one. I went to one recently where we were either doing a hand plank or given direction to pull the spring off the wall ten feet away and spent the entire class readjusting the bosu ball or mat or the spring position because the instructor wasn’t clear. I wanted to leave ten minutes into the class. Pure torture.

I mostly hated that if you found that you had an hour or two to get a work out you won’t be going to Pilates even though you pay a fee and you won’t max out your class credit which amounts to about 30 dollars a class with the monthly membership. Even if you plan a few days in advance you won’t get in.

Unless you graduate from the basic classes you won’t be allowed into the higher level classes. You won’t graduate from the basic level classes unless you go to months of classes which you won’t be allowed into because the classes are full.

This is a scam.

I joined Pilates back in 2021 when our world was a mess… full of stress and no way to exercise outside of the home in a group setting. I have loved the way it’s changed my mindset, stress level, flexibility and the mobility of my body. It’s a great community full of supportive people and instructors who have now become friends. I have attended studios outside of my home studio and am always welcomed with open arms. I highly recommend trying it out especially if your looking to increase physical fitness without high impact to your joints.

I love this club. I joined with my 80 year old mom and my daughter in November and it has changed my life. The instructors are great and sensitive to the modifications I need to make for my various old-lady ailments. This is an investment into yourself, it’s true. But it’s well worth it.

I have been attending Club Pilates since the Upland studio opened in 2019. LOVE IT! The studio is very clean and the management runs it very well. They do an excellent job at hiring trained, motivated, and dedicated instructors. The work outs can be difficult but the instructors are really good about form, which helps keep you from injuries. It's always a great work out in a great environment. I would encourage anyone to give it a try!

I had a great experience with my intro class, it was my first time using the reformer and the instructor explained it so well. I signed up for the 4 class / month pass and enjoyed my level 1 class as well. I am so excited to try a variety of classes and get to level 2. The staff was very sweet and helpful, the lady that sold me the pass wasn't too pushy and it was such a great deal that I bought it. The pass holds you accountable to attend every week as credits don't roll over.

Top notch equipment and the with the glasses who work at the front are extremely sweet and personable.
I would love to give this class five stars because Melinda delivers a Challenging work out. I found her class extremely challenging and would recommend it. However this was my first time taking a class at this studio, I am here from out of town. I would’ve love to tell Melinda about my lower back injury but I couldn’t get her attention. I called out to her during class but I don’t think she heard me over the music I have a very soft speaking voice.
I had to make my own modifications, typically the Pilates instructor gives you the best modification to correspond with your injury. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me nor did she introduce herself which seemed a little bit strange, because a Greeting seems to be customary at every Pilates studios I’ve visited. I would have walked over and introduce myself but, I didn’t want to interrupt the conversation she was having with another student. There was a few times I wondered if my form was correct but I didn’t get any critique so, I just assume I did it right.
Also, the class begin at 10:36 and dismissed at 11:21 I felt a little bit short changed on time. I am aware that we have to clean our stations up so that’s just me being nitpicky but perhaps the studio could change the start time so that students get to enjoy the full amount of time since we paid for an hour.
At the end of class Melinda didn’t say goodbye or ask if I enjoyed the class. She didn’t seem to have a good relationship with others in the class and maybe she just takes a while to warm up. However, I didn’t wanna be best friends I just wanted clear instructions an make her aware of my lower back injury. These are just little things that would make me return, but the class is full so clearly they won’t miss my business. there’s so many other studios with personable instructors, next time I’m in town all go to another studio.
