I have taken part in Club SuperFit challenges and continue with exercise classes, all virtually! You might think that a virtual health challenge or exercise class would not be as effective but it's not true! I am stronger than I have ever been and losing weight. Plus Coach Val will explain different ways to do the exercise if you have physical limitations or out of shape. Above all both Coach Val and Coach Alicia are interested in your wellbeing!

I am a member of SuperFit and work out remotely with them at home or in the gym, using the recorded Zoom workouts. This fits in great with my schedule, and I'm able to exercise when I have the time. I'm a night owl and usually do my workouts late during the weekdays. At my age it is vital to do strength training to counteract normal muscle loss which usually comes with aging, and being in this program is just the ticket. Val who runs the workouts is great, and shows modifications for every move so anyone can do the exercises, but make no mistake, this can be very challenging if you want it to be. There are also modifications that up the difficulty. Alicia provides excellent nutrition and life advice which is emailed to you, and being a part of their workout family keeps me focused on my health throughout the day.

Thank you for the first 10 days, it has been a great experience with both the nutrition and physical sides. There were no surprises, you both had outlined and shared prior and again throughout the week(s) everything to expect and what we could do to mitigate i.e. the headaches, fatigue, etc. Day 3 and 4, I started to feel amazing, energy returned, and then some!

From the fitness side:
I love how you show all the modifications and remind us when to inhale and exhale. I tend to hold my breath or inhale or exhale in the reverse.

Superfit has been a great way for me to work out safely from the comfort of my home. I appreciate the care and thought that goes into each workout. It is a well rounded program that includes mobility, cardio & strength training. My joint mobility has improved and it has helped me feel so much better in my daily life. The option for replays is so helpful so I can make this program work for my schedule when I can’t make the workouts live.

As a personal trainer and coach, I am very picky about who I work out with. I am 60 years old and have to be careful about a few joint issues in my body. Val and Alicia’s classes provide the expertise and safety factor that I am looking for. I am assured that I will get a sweat producing and muscle building workout when I show up for class. Val provides three levels of exercises to prevent injuries and allow each participant to choose which difficulty level is best for them, according to their personal ability and fitness goals. I highly recommend Superfit to both the novice, who want to drop a few pounds and get stronger and to the elite athlete, who need a great and safe workout to complement their routine.

I recently moved to Folsom & was looking for a place to lose baby-weight. After reading the reviews online, I decided to give Superwomen Boot Camp a try. Now I'm hooked on SBC (Superwomen Boot Camp)!

Here are some things that set Superwomen Boot Camps apart and why you should also give SBC a try today! Your first class is always FREE, so there's no reason *not* to try.

* FRIENDLY: Val (the owner & main trainer) sets a friendly vibe throughout SBC. At first, I was a little weary of being an "outsider" of the close-nit SBC community. But all the women were very friendly & I soon felt like a part of the family.

* INDOOR: Other bootcamps in the area are at local paks, which is subject to weather. You can reliably show up to SBC even when it's raining. However, this doesn't keep Val from doing cardio drills with occasional jogging (or walking for non-runners).

* ACCOUNTABILITY: During your first month (and even afterwards), Val does weekly weigh-ins at the end of each week. This allows you to see your progress!
