If you’re looking for somebody who will work with you from beginning to the end, focusing on your goals, commenting as appropriate in regards to what needs to be changed in your diet to reach your goals – she is the one for you.
I’ve been with Coach cat for almost seven months and I’ve had drastic changes In my overall physique that I am very happy with.
If you decide to sign up with her, and you don’t see any change in two months – you’re the problem. She does her part however it’s also very vital that you do your part to reach your maximum potential.
I Can’t say enough about how great she is.
Again, I give her my highest Recommendation as a personal trainer for your weight loss/strength/nutrition needs.

Coach Cat is amazing!
Her knowledge on how to exercise properly and use the work out equipment has been so much more than I expected. She's honest, tough and holds you accountable. Coach Cat pushes you to always push yourself and she takes pride in her teaching.
I've never been great on my fitness journey but coach Cat has helped me realize this is a lifestyle change. My weight loss and body results in less than 3 months have been tremendously noticeable. Her classes have helped me kick my own butt into gear to better my lifestyle.

Coach Kat is AMAZING! She is very patient and enjoys getting to know the person she is training. She makes sure the individual understands how to perform the exercise correctly and what muscles it targets. Also, she makes sure make the training fun and make it versatile so you get exposure to weights, machine, and using your body mass. Coach Kat is a fantastic person to work with and she focused on you achieving your goals and motivates you to keep going. Also, she celebrates all the wins whether they are small or big!! I have trained with Coach Cat for a few weeks now and I cannot explain how passionate she is to help others feel confident and healthy. Coach Cat customizes all of the workouts based off the clients physical concerns and goals. With the help of the app that tracks all of the meals and physical activities, it also allows the clients so track their progress through body stats and measurements biweekly. Coach Cat genuinely cares for all of her clients, the effort and dedication she puts in all of the workouts shows in her personality. She makes sure that everyone is comfortable and confident during the sessions and is a huge cheerleader for everyone. Honestly, I dreaded going to the gym but her positivity, energy and workouts changed my mindset. I look forward to working out every morning and I am happy with the progress I made.
I have been working out for the past year and a half but I didn’t see much progress. Coach Cat helped me built strength and confidence to train using different equipment such as free weights. Working with Coach Cat is one of the best decisions I made this year. Therefore, I highly recommend individuals seeking professional training to reach out to her. You will not regret your decision.

I was referred to Cat by a work friend after we discussed my need to get back into shape at 57 years old. I met with Cat in March of 2023 and started my program in April.
In just over two months I have lost nearly 15 pounds, shaved 2" from my waistline, gained a lot of strength in my core and have been gaining more and more flexibility . I can see and feel the differences in my body and while I have a ways to go I am really encouraged by the progress so far.
None of that would be possible if not for Coach Cat. She is a tough but encouraging instructor with a great sense of humor and complete knowledge of how to tailor a program for each person to reach their goals, including how to make better food choices.

Coach Cat really is an all around phenomenal trainer! I came to her as a pre-diabetic with no knowledge about what a healthy and sustainable diet looked like. She was emphatic to my needs and not only created super tasty meal plans for me, but also educated me on how nutrition should be calculated specifically for me. After working with her for some months I have cut out a lot of fat and leaned out significantly!

What an experience! For me personally, not knowing what or how was the challenge. Anyone can pick up some weights and work out. Not the case. Cat was crucial in understanding what works for me. After just 1 month(12 sessions), I’ve become more nimble, flexible, toned, my stamina has increased. She was great at explaining everything from the foods to eat and avoid while still enjoying a nutritious diet, to the exercises you can even do from home that still have the same effects. Shes a coach that will be honest and educational. Shes kind and respectful and not to mention funny. Tell her your goals and she will teach and motivate you to achieve them!

I've been wanting to change my lifestyle for a long time. Having an office job and driving around all day for work really got me out of shape. I would go to the gym for a few weeks and then work will take over again. I would lose the drive to work out. My friend introduced me to Coach Cat and had nothing but great things to say about his experience with her. Few days later I connected with Cat and right away I knew she was the one. She listened, listened and listened to my mile long issues :). She designed my diet and workout plan soon after and we started the journey. I have completed over 25 sessions with her now and I feel GREAT. Back pain is gone, I have endless energy and look great. She brings high energy every day and gets me going even stronger.
