Need military ID to go in. It has really nice exercise equipments, basketball court and sauna. Best thing is there's not many people inside.

Fantastic, got everything you need, except for a very few niche machines that most people won't use. Overall great gym. Never too busy. Wish they had a pec deck though 🙏

I really like this gym. They have TRX and Crossfit classes available. I wish they would add a spin class but we shall see. I think CG members can get verified as Crossfit trainers as well. The cardio room is ok but there are about 4 or 5 rows of cardio equip. The weight room is big with lots of equipment but only one deadlift platform.

Great gym. I've been coming here for 25 years. Ever since the old Department of the Treasury days.
Yoga classes, Nautilus, Weight Room and more. You will need your DOD or Federal ID to gain entrance.

Wasn't it great for AFSME to provide all their union members with a free gym? They tell me that there used to be a Coast Guard Base here.
