Coastal Fitness is a community of people focusing on a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable, and enjoyable. Jenna Mann personalizes each workout or workout plan to be unique to your body, and goals. With compassion, and motivation we work together towards a better you. Exercise therapy, prenatal/postnatal training, holistic medicine and remedy as well as a background in massage helps Jenna to meet your needs.

Jenna has been an incredible physical and emotional support during my pregnancy! She is very skilled and knowledgeable in how to help me prepare physically for birth and postpartum. She brings well thought out workouts to each session, gives helpful explanations about how the movement supports strength and function, and is always so careful and thoughtful in how to ensure my body and baby are safe in each movement. I feel stronger and more confident in my body after working out with her. She’s also incredibly helpful and supportive in offering pregnancy support referrals from her network of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care/support providers. In addition, she is a pure delight to be with and working out with her brightens my day!

I've been training with Jenna for over 3-years. She is an incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and positive personal trainer. I started working out with her after having my first child, continued throughout my second pregnancy and here we are two kids later in the best shape of my life!

There is never a dull moment with Jenna. Not only is she is fun to talk to but, her workouts are very dynamic and challenging in a good way. Throughout the years, I've seen her customize my sessions to fit my needs with modifications, adding elements of yoga to help with tightness in my hip, and even internal ab work for after each pregnancy.
