I’ve been coming here 2-3 times a week for almost a year now and I enjoyed every single class. Parking is super easy. Everyone is supportive and welcoming. Classes are very organized with warmup and conditioning.

Polescilla was extremely attentive and made sure each student was able to get the move down correctly. I am terrible at heels but she made me feel welcome and was very encouraging. I will go back again

One of the absolute best online sessions I have taken to date! Instructor is amazing: great warm up, spot on coaching, gave everyone proper one on one attention and tips for improvement that worked for me, cool down was so good and the overall vibe was fun and highly educational! I was able to get my Jallegera into broken doll with concrete pole fitness like I never could elsewhere, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you very much!
All the best,

While I have never been to this studio in person, I have utilized their virtual class services. CoCreate pole classes are the highlight of my week. I live somewhere where I don't have access to this level of pole instruction. Even over Zoom, the instructors are warm and welcoming. I hope someday to visit this space in person!

Just perfect studio for pole dancers of all levels! The studio itself is very bright and beautiful. And the instructors know what exactly we need to fix.
While I've been struggling with certain tricks for a while, Khalia grasped them immediately. The warm-up and stretching after the lesson were excellent.

This was my first time trying pole as exercise and it was awesome! Tiffeney, the studio’s owner, was so patient and helpful. The stretching and breath work was super helpful and it wasn’t hard to learn at all. The studio is also really cool! Lots of windows and natural light. That cool downtown vibe. I recommend Co Create big time!

Not worth the money. I know warmup is important but it takes up like half of the class. I signed up for pole, not pilates. If you’re going to make warmup take that long at least make the classes longer. It only leaves like 2 minutes for free dance to have fun.
Also, the classes have this… weird, cold vibe to it. Not welcoming. Didn’t experience this at my previous studios. They feel strict and make it feel like school, not fun. They get so mad if new people are late and throw shade but they give leeway to people they're friends with. I've seen them let people in after 10 mins just because they're long term students.
I had to share a pole twice. Like, doesn’t signing up for a spot in class guarantee you a pole? When you book it shows a limited number of spots so the logic is that it allots the proper amount of poles to available spots. It’s so unfair that I have to have even more time taken away from me because of their poor planning. I got maybe like 15 minutes of actual dance time. It also feels unsanitary to be switching back and forth with someone else after they rubbed their body all over it. It takes away even more time because of cleaning in between switching.
Their confirmation email instructions for finding the studio is incorrect. If it’s your first time it’s really hard to find. It says to go to the second floor which is not true. It’s the third floor. If you go up the stairs to the second floor it leads you to a locked door. If you do make it to the correct door it’s really hard to open and makes it seems like it’s locked which is really confusing. you have to pull HARD.
So it’s not fair to get mad at people for being late if your instructions are wrong but they scolded them anyways.
The only upside to this place is that it’s the closest place to my house and works with my schedule. But I would never come here again.
Overall, this studio was just an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

I just felt the need to post my own review based on a recent negative review by Jax as she mentions me (another student though not by name) in it - I was not 15-20 minutes late to class nor did I skip a warm up. (I'm guilty of being 5-8 minutes late though which is my own time management issue) I have been 15-20 minutes late before due to traffic and turned around and went home because I knew that was faaaaaaar too late to enter and is my own bad planning. Meanwhile I was treated rudely by this specific person to a degree I have never experienced by another pole student in all the years I've been training in Los Angeles. She made it very clear she had no intention of being courteous to other students in the space whatsoever. Co-Create has been my magic charm for a long time, I've brought friends here both as newbies and established pole dancers because if you are looking for instruction geared toward understanding your own body and individual challenges with any pole tricks from basics to advanced moves, you'll find that here. Along with a community that by and large loves and supports each other. The owner is constantly checking in to see if the class catalogue represents what the community is looking for in their instruction and if you come willing to be respectful to others, you'll soon find friendships in addition to stepping up your sexy / strength.

I purchased a new member 3 pack of classes on 9/1, and wanted to enroll in a class that only happens on Saturdays. I didn’t know upon purchasing future classes wouldn’t be open and eligible to book. I bought the package and signed up for two classes on 9/9. You have two weeks to use the classes, but from point of purchase, not class date. The following class wasn’t open yet to enroll in; 9/16. I would assume that the trial starts after your first class, but I was blocked out to enroll 9/16 as it was one day past two weeks. I emailed and the owner extended the package by one day I could enroll. This is probably where I shouldn’t known this place would be a total pain to deal with. She extended it one day begrudgingly so I could book. Big long email about how it’s 2 weeks only; I wouldn’t have purchased credits had I known you had to use them immediately. You get a text to confirm, but the text won’t say the address or how to get to the studio. It’s all in a super long email that comes the day before. I didn’t check the email and I used GPS on my Maps app to get to the studio. It took me to their old location that they moved from about 2 months prior in July. When I pulled up to the old Studio with 10 min to get to the new one; I called the number on the website. First the owner told me how lucky I was that she answered her personal phone on a Saturday (ok, it’s listed on the website!) and that I has already been to her location before. Nope; never have been. When I said I would be arriving at the cut off time and could I still get into class; she said it was a danger to myself and others that I wasn’t warmed up. It was 90 degrees in LA. I was warm and it wasn’t my first pole class; so how do you know what my body needs to get warm? I asked if I could just get my money back because I didn’t want to wait in a hot car for an hour before my next class. She immediately got defensive basically calling me a scammer. She said she even waived the $15 no show fee for me. No show fee? I’m here! I’m showing! I couldn’t get to your studio because the wrong address is online and there’s no sign, no markings; and a key code and two flights of stairs with a closed door to get in. She said if the teacher will let me in I could sit and observe in the AC but not pole (this is a class I have paid money for and I’m standing at the door ready to take!). Well no one answered the door and so I sat in the hallway for my next class. When I entered it was a decent class and the AC wasn’t on at all. I did ask for it to be turned on halfway through the class and it did help. The owner did come through to the class after and I introduced myself and she said she was glad it all worked out. Worked out for who? The next week I get to class barely on time (traffic sucked!) and of course, after a 15 min warm up a student comes through the door, and gets let into class. So the policy isn’t consistent, and if it’s class number two, the door has been left open for students, and no one is late! So glad it worked out for them ;) This studio is a POLE FIT studio through and through! Cliquey, hot, hard to get to, ridiculous policies, literally try any other LA pole studio before this one.

I’ve been looking for a space to get back into a regular pole practice. A good friend of mine adores Khalia and this space. Now I can see why! She invited me to the space as a guest and I tried the Saturday AM ‘pick a trick’ class. The space itself is beautiful— an inviting Downtown loft with incredible natural light and large windows, plenty of poles in various sizes and high ceilings.
Khalia herself was wonderful!— super helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient in the way in which she approached me and guided me through a couple of tricks I am trying to master.
Thanks Khalia! Looking forward to more time in the studio.

I can’t say enough good things about Khalia’s Pole Studio - Co Create. Khalia is an amazing instructor! Her ability to explain each move with clarity and patience is truly remarkable. Even as a complete beginner, I felt confident under her guidance.
She radiates strength and grace, setting the perfect example for her students. Her encouragement and positivity are infectious, making each class an empowering and enjoyable experience.
I recently completed the trial period, and without a doubt, I’m signing up for a membership. The workouts are intense and challenging, pushing me to my limits while keeping it fun. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall confidence.
It’s a place where everyone feels accepted and encouraged to embrace their journey, regardless of their fitness level or experience. Khalia creates a safe space where you can push yourself and grow at your own pace.

I took a virtual class, I felt as if I were in class. Some of the formation corrections I missed(view wise). However the instructor reiterated corrections for the class. Although I prefer to see the live corrections, I was able to use the verbal corrections while watching other students. I truly enjoyed the class! Excited for future classes thank you so much for the work shop!

Really fun class and good for beginners. My friend highly recommended this place, as she’s been taking classes here for a few months. They have a $25 deal special for your first class, which I used for the pole FUNdamentals. Bookings can be made online. Classes were offered virtually as well.
It’s located in an apartment building in downtown so you need to buzz in. Parking is hard because it’s downtown, but on a Sunday, there may be some street parking available.
Our instructor Dani made sure to go around to each individual and provide pointers. Everyone in the class was very encouraging and supportive. You definitely get a workout and you need ro wear short shorts to make sure you can get a grip on the pole. They have cloths and spray bottles to wipe down the poles after use, since you’ll need to switch off (there are only 4 poles). A yoga mat is necessary for the stretches before and after class.

I've always wanted to learn pole, but was intimidated to learn. Finally, in the middle of the pandemic in 2020, I took a chance and enrolled in private lessons with Khalia. Needless to say, I've been coming ever since! At first, I could barely spin around the pole once without getting vertigo and nausea (personal condition). But with consistency and nurturing guidance from Khalia, I was able to overcome my condition and am even inverting on the pole now. I've never felt more secure and confident in myself! I highly recommend CoCreate Pole Fitness for anyone who's always been willing to try pole fitness. Thank you Khalia and the supportive community of friends I've had the blessing to become a part of!

I started my pole dancing journey about 7 months ago, and I can say with confidence that it has changed my life for the absolute better.
I feel a lot stronger, healthier, and sexier!
I am very lucky to have crossed paths with the best Teachers in the world, Khalia and Dani Polerina.
They are very supportive, creative, they engineer the movements to the atomic level so that you start with a strong, correct foundation - all around beautiful human beings with superb artistry.
I love the diversity of classes, from fundamentals to professional, from conditioning fitness work to sexy choreographies, and also the individual, personalized attention I always receive in every class. You never feel left out because Khalia and Dani offer variations of moves to adapt to your level and growth.
I would recommend pole dancing to anyone, irrespective of age, body type or level of fitness.
I have also made friends along the way. Come join us!

If you've ever wanted to try pole dancing this is the place for you. Booked a private room for 4 of us for an hour and a half. It's a clean studio. There 4 poles in the studio and you can adjust it to spin. There plenty of mirror space and even a speaker to connect your music. They also offer classes that you can join for beginner pole dancing. It was a great experience. Parking is the only difficult part about the location.
