With over 20 years of experience, we can help you with your fitness goals. We offer 30 and 60 minute private personal training sessions specific to your needs. We also have Small Group Workouts M-F at 6, 7, and 8 am as well as MWF at 9:30 am. These are circuit training and core workouts that include strength, cardio and flexibility. They are 1 hour in length. We train young athletes, seniors, weekend warriors and just your average joes looking to improve their health and quality of life. We are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Pre and Post Natal, Youth and Senior Fitness. I joined Code Green Group exercise about six weeks ago, itβs by far the best exercise I ever had in my life. I have had personal training sessions before, one on one and in groups, and this one exceeds all expectations. Ryan the trainer is magnificent. He is so good in putting the wrong forms and correcting it for you. He is very patient and he pushes us just what we need to push ourselves. I also love the challenges that he throws at the gym. I am naturally competitive and I truly enjoy these challenges especially it helps me push myself and challenge myself initially before challenging anybody else. The warm-up before we start is the best warm-up I ever had because I have use the foam roller to roll my muscles before but I never really learned how to do it right, his classes are very structured and on time and systematic. I love it, it works for me, I am committed and I am benefiting so much from this exercise. I show up at six or seven or 8 AM so this way I donβt have to set the alarm and I wake up naturally, if I needed to sleep a little bit more, I sleep until 630 and then I joined the 7 am Class. I cannot state how important and crucial working with a group is. All the participants are very kind and there are there to benefit, they help me push myself, usually the classes between two people to four people max, I mostly join the 6 AM class so there is a many early risers like me in there but the ones who come this early are very committed and goal oriented. I am so grateful that I have found this gem, Ryan is a master of his craft and he leads us with a lot of grace and strength and knowledge. Could not have asked for a better class

I just had my blood work done after a yr of working out with Ryan and my cholesterol dropped by 40 points! I have never enjoyed weights or cardio much before but LOVE his classes. Fun people, fast paced and friendly. I highly recommend.

The group workouts are perfect for me. Challenging if you want a challenge, while able to accommodate anyone that needs to recover or wants to work up to a challenge. I had never looked forward to working out, but this place has great personality, along with knowledgeable owner. This place is fantastic -- so much that I look forward to every workout.

I've been training with Ryan at Code Green Fitness for over 5 years, the transformation my body under took is incredible, Ryan is an amazing trainer, friendly, helpful and makes you feel comfortable.I am more confident when working out on my own at a gym, I know what my purpose is and goals set in regards to sets, reps and proper usage and positioning. my day starts with workouts with Ryan and I stay health minded through out the day.
