Tracy is amazing to work with! She was recommended by a friend after I threw out my back unexpectedly. I was surprised that Tracy connected my back issues to my gut health, but she was right. She takes health very seriously, and while she is both personable and kind, she is honest about the steps I needed to take in order to recover and regain my health. Even when I have fallen short on my commitment, she has encouraged me to keep going and doesn't condemn or criticize. Her heart is for people, and she is passionate about both nutrition and building body strength through Pilates. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone who is wanting the opportunity to experience health, body, and nutrition coaching from someone who is both knowledgeable and practical, someone who will personalize her approach according to your needs and challenges, someone who is passionate about seeing people experience freedom and growth in their own bodies and minds.

I train with Tracy and she is an amazing trainer. She is so good! She is all about form and doing the exercise right since if you don't have the right form you are not going to get the benefit of the exercise. Also, for all the beginners out there , you don't need to be intimidated. Tracy works with all levels. In fact, the people in my class include beginners, mid level (myself) and advanced. She works well with all levels.

I've been going to Tracy for a number of years and she's done a great job keeping me in good shape and minimizing injuries so I can keep playing sports. Recently when we addressed my cholesterol that kept creeping up, she put me on a reasonable plan that drastically cut it in a short time keeping me off medication. I highly recommend her!

I have a 40-yr old sport injury on my ankle (broke & dislocated) which gives me limited mobility and swells constantly. I did a session of mud packing along with a series of 5 sessions with the laser and was pleased with results. It broke up blockages and reduced adhesions along the scars which resulted in reduced swelling of the ankle.

I see Tracy for strengthening my core after my back went out 5 times in 2.5 years. Holding steady with her teaching me..she is an amazing pilates instructor, I have seen others but no-one teaches as well as Tracy does. I prefer her semi-privates. In fact it's all I have done with her...She also offers other services like Scaler laser which has benefitted me with my Bell's Palsy. My smile is more " even" and my eyebrows seem to be holding well..I always went in for Botox to even out my eyebrows and my smile every 3 months. So happy I no longer need to use the toxins. if I could rate her higher it would be 10 stars!

Tracy Coe has been helping me with different exercises and nutrition advice for many years. Her cold laser treatment helped me a lot with my shoulder pain. The treatment is not only relaxing but it also works. Tracy is very knowledgeable - I can highly recommend her.

Tracy is a gem. I've known Tracy for about 15 years and worked with her as a Pilates Instructor but then had some digestive issues. I'd been dealing with this for quite some time and was hesitant to commit to the shifts I needed to make. I finally came back around to her after seeing several doctors and not feeling like I was making progress. I did not want to go on the suggested medication so I decided to dive into my work with Tracy. It's been a couple months and after staying consistent I'm definitely noticing a big difference in my digestive issues. Tracy is completely honest and upfront with what you need to do and is very knowledgeable and experienced in her work. I highly recommend you make the commitment.

About 2 1/2 years ago I started experiencing increasing low back, buttock, and leg pain caused by piriformis syndrome and two lumbar vertebrae. I was fortunate to connect with CoeDynamics in my neighborhood. Through Tracy's help and instruction with mud packs, nutrition, and exercise my pain not only diminished, I am now pain free. Tracy paid particular attention helping me with nutritional support along with focused Pilates exercise and over a period of time made a tremendous improvement in my well-being. While I can't point to a single item that relieved my pain, certainly the combination provided relief. I can now participate again in my favorite pass-time and exercise -- walking.

Here's the deal.... CoeDynamics is a well equipped, very comfortable and intimate studio, and Tracy Coe is a great Pilates Instructor. I am very thankful that she introduced me to Pilates, and my body awareness and posture is so much better. I want to get strong and healthy, and I think continuing Pilates at CoeDynamics will help me stay there for decades. I was always pretty active, between vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, weight training, golf, biking, hiking, etc. Active until 5 months ago, that is, until my bulging cervical discs and nerves started acting up pretty badly. Quite a bit of pain and numbness. After most of the pain subsided, I got a referral to CoeDynamics from my chiropractor. Chiro agreed that developing a stronger core would relieve strain on my neck and shoulders. Three months ago, I started private sessions, and told them of my health issues. Their approach has focused on establishing a muscular foundation while ensuring that I don't reinjure my neck and shoulders. My instructor is tough.. She never lets me cheat by using the wrong form or motion, which is great! After 3 months, I am stronger with better range of motion. I am more aware of maintaining good posture, proper breathing, and recognizing when my neck and shoulders are hunched up. I even think I have a hint of some muscular definition! To sum it all up, Pilates is great, and I feel fortunate that I got my first exposure to Pilates at CoeDynamics. I'm optimistic about a future with a strong, functional body, free from pain and injury.

If you are looking for a new workout or way to take better care of your body, I highly recommend Pilates and TRX at Coe-Dynamics. Suzieβs handsβ on approach, encouragement, patience and laughter have helped me to change my body completely! Tracy, Pam and Karen are also fabulous teachers and super supportive. Classes are small in size so you will get lots of personal attention and a great workout. After one year of Pilates, I have increased mobility, flexibility, energy and strength. Iβm so thankful I chose Pilates and TRX at Coe-Dynamics to help me meet my fitness goals.

I came to CoeDynamics this past Friday, thanks Beach Cities Free Fitness Weekends!!! Tracy is an amazing teacher. She was really funny and used a lot of great analogies to help you get in tune with your body. 1 hour flies by!
The studio was really clean-- must take off shoes before entering.
LOVED the small class size-- 5 students max.
Easy parking-- Huge parking lot / structure.

I came to Coe Dynamics on a Living Social or Groupon back in the Spring of 2014. I've suffered from debilitating lower back pain for over 5 years which has caused me to try countless chiro clinics, energy healers, intuitives, online workout fads, cross fit and more. While I believe that my intuitive healers helped me to release old energy, it wasn't until I started pilates with Tracy Coe that I was able to be fully healed. Within 2 months of once a week visits I was pain free and found I had more energy, better range of motion and was confident again with my movements. Thank you Tracy for getting me my life back again. I feel 10-15 years younger!
