I've been training with ICS Fitness for more than two years. They are a very dedicated group of trainers who go out the extra mile to tailor the workouts to my needs. They are routinely rotating exercises, adjusting, and always focusing on right posture to prevent injuries. It took one year to convince my wife to go, she is now even a more hard core fan of Conrad and Ari.

I highly recommend Conrad's online training platform. I started lifting weights a few years ago following programs I would find online until my knees started hurting, especially doing squats and lunges. Most programs include some form of squatting so I was afraid to keep doing them but wanted to continue lifting. I found ICS Fitness online, and Conrad was great to guide me through the assessment and built a customized program to follow on an app. My knees don't hurt anymore, I have improved every lift, and I couldn't be happier with my fitness levels. Conrad is great in following up, very responsive, and always thinking of better ways to help others. I highly recommend his company.

I’ve been training with Conrad and ICS Fitness for nearly three years in a group setting at my office, and most recently with an amateur women’s soccer team in NYC. As an athlete who has played competitive soccer for 24 years, I can highly recommend Conrad for his ability to challenge, motivate, and inspire his clients to meet their personal fitness goals. He’s worked with me through my first half marathon, where I was able to shave 10 minutes off my goal finish time in just three months--largely in part to the diversity of exercises I learned in Conrad’s classes. He’s also worked with me through several injuries, including ankle sprains, torn ligaments, concussions and more--and through all of it he has prioritized safety and recovery while providing a fun and challenging work out. What’s amazed me is how personalized my trainings have been despite being in a group workout setting. Conrad is always prepared, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable--I’ve been in group classes with him with pre- and post-natal clients, and various injured or recovering athletes and despite the situation, he delivers on an excellent workout in a safe environment for all of his clients. Above all else, I truly appreciate how much Conrad’s training has changed my relationship with health and fitness. Finding a trainer who is so knowledgeable and caring has deepended my commitment to a sustainable healthy lifestyle and I am stronger--in body and mind--for it.

Conrad Sanchez is fantastic! I'm on a local soccer team, and he VOLUNTEERED to conduct our pre-season training sessions. Despite my ankle injury, Conrad was able to incorporate me into the sessions with modified exercises. I also suffer from pronation and had NEVER been advised how to improve it until Conrad quickly pointed it out and gave me tips on how to loosen the muscles in the hip area, which I can do at home (and did during the training sessions). Conrad is a very knowledgeable, eager, and helpful fitness trainer who appears to love what he does. He goes beyond "enough" to assist you in your fitness goals. I highly recommend him!

I have trained with Conrad for 7 months now and couldn't be happier with my experience. I have a background as a dancer and had some persistent injuries from this. Conrad taught me how to correct these injuries through a combination of stretching and strengthening. He's depth of knowledge is vast. He not only shows you the movements, but explains the physicality of movements and the reasons that you are doing the movements.

I would recommend Conrad to everyone - athletes and non-athletes - because he will invest his time to get to know you and your goals and develop a personalized plan that will produce results.

A wonderful personal training experience! Conrad and his team are true professionals. The price was fair, and Jerome, my personal trainer, taught me how to somersault in a quick, easy session. Jerome created a congenial training environment and devised a step by step procedure to teach me how to somersault/roll. Being an ACE certified Personal Trainer myself, I must say that from start to finish, Conrad and his team exuded the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of physical training. First impressions are always indelible, and this impression is truly a positive and lasting one. I highly recommended ICS fitness , and I will definitely be back in the future!

I have been training with personal trainers for the last 4 years. Conrad and ICS fitness trainers have been, by far, the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly, very nice, and prompt. I definitely received immediate, visible results. I also got comfortable training and lifting on my own when I am traveling (something I never felt comfortable doing before). What I appreciate the most is that even within a group setting, I get a very individualized training session, always accomodating my specific situation while pushing me to my next level. ICS Fitness classes have transformed my body and relationship to exercise! Conrad and Naomi are such great trainers: very knowledgeable and really fun. At age 43 I went from never exercising to doing 3 fitness classes a week with them; the physical results I saw were almost instant, but it’s the mental results that have most taken me by surprise – I feel so great after working out with them that I now crave exercise.

Conrad’s expertise in kinesiology has been really helpful in addressing some physical issues I was having, and both he and Naomi have been fantastic about modifying exercises and mixing things up so that we don't get bored.

Conrad’s professionalism and flexibility in leading fitness classes twice a week at my organization have created an invaluable culture of fitness at my workplace. I can’t recommend ICS Fitness enough!!

I have trained with Conrad of ICS Fitness for a couple of months, where I have seen tremendous improvements in many aspects of my fitness. I have a background as an athlete, more than a decade of martial arts training, and an MS in Acupuncture, with many courses in Anatomy and Physiology. I don't impress easily, but I have been thoroughly impressed.

Conrad listens, and actually hears what you want to work on, and creates a plan in a very clear, appropriate and non-judgmental way. He meets you where you are and works within your zone, which in my case has continuously expanded. Conrad worked with me as a prenatal trainer during my last pregnancy, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was completely knowledgable about any prenatal considerations or restrictions, and totally put my mind at ease about staying active during my pregnancy. While Conrad has a gentle, encouraging style as a trainer, he is 100% reliable and always kept me motivated and accountable. He even created a tailored fitness plan and schedule for me to follow in between our sessions, with my prenatal needs in mind. He additionally regularly checked in with me during the week as a constant support system. As an MD I have always been skeptical of what trainers actually know about the body but was pleasantly surprised when I found Conrad. I have been following his progressive resistance online training program for the past year and have reached all my weight goals and continue to get stronger. I work with Ari, who is terrific. He's very flexible and accommodating with scheduling and always prompt. I've used lots of trainers over the years and he's definately one of the best. He's very attentive and pushes me. In fact I think I'm lifting more weight (correctly) with him than any of my other trainers. Just the other day I told him my core has never been tighter. After a work out with Ari, my torso feels like a telephone poll - tight and straight.

Working out with ICS, Conrad and his team is seriously the best workout I have ever done and kept doing! I have always seen results, even when I was pregnant. I worked out safely and effectively with Conrad up until 10 days before giving birth and I felt great. The focus on exercises that strengthen the core and stability have seriously improved my overall health. Plus he is a great guy and our workouts are not only fun, but always different so I never, ever get bored. Sore, for sure, but the good kind of sore! I highly recommend ICS!
