Everyone is so welcoming as soon as you walk in! I have been going to Matt since March and have seen such a difference in my body and how much stronger I have become. He's really responsive and encouraging and the programing is great, whether you are new to weight lifting or just need a change to your routine. I highly recommend.

Working with Danny at Core Coaching Method these last four months has completely revitalized my workouts and has given me amazing results. My favorite thing about working with Danny is his accessibility. He gets back to me quickly (usually within the hour!) and never makes me feel badly for needing his help, advice, attention etc. He gives me tons of positive feedback and I look forward to our checkins every week. I first met Danny on January 2, 2015. He was still a Kinesiology student at Sonoma State at the time but I could tell right away that this young man was something very special. I had had a very bad outcome from my total hip replacement surgery in 2013 and was in constant pain and had trouble keeping my balance. Danny listened to my concerns and went out of his way to design a program that expertly addressed my needs. I’ve been working out with Danny for over 8 years now and I’m pain free and in better shape now than I was in the 25 years before I met him. He always tailors my workout to address my specific issues. I can’t imagine where I’d be without him in my life!

Danny Matranga is a vast and deep well of fitness knowledge and experience. Formally educated and individually dedicated to his own fitness. Danny has rehabbed me from cumulative painful work injuries I suffered as a firefighter. He has added years back onto my career. I am as strong and fit at 58 as I ever have been in my 30’s and 40’s!
