If you are looking for a super clean studio with very knowledgeable instructors, Core Pilates is for you. The smaller size affords individual attention which instills confidence during your class. I always leave feeling energized even though my core, arms and legs are usually burning! Every instructor has their own style and all are very focused on helping every student achieve their goals. Give Core Pilates Fitness and Nutrition a try-your back and core will thank you!

I took Loren’s class for the first time today and it was such a great workout! The energy of the class was amazing and I really enjoyed her upbeat teaching style and the encouragement when my core was feeling the burn! The studio is lovely, clean and they have great Balance Body reformers. 10/10 will go again!

Core Pilates is simply wonderful. The owners, Amanda and Matt, are so knowledgeable, so committed to their students, and so happy and nice that the workouts are something I look forward to every day. They both know more about anatomy and physiology than any coaches or instructors I've had in 50 years of going to gyms.
I have been going for a little more than a year, and have gone to more than 100 classes. I feel so much stronger and more flexible. Plus, I've made some great friends. I just wish I'd found this studio much sooner.

I love this studio! Every instructor is fun, amazing and challenge you in different ways. You want to keep coming back because it just works. No gimmicks or flashy incentives that don't last. Amanda and Matt truly care about you getting the best workout. Also a huge shoutout Amanda who is super flexible with rescheduling etc.
There really is no excuse to not going to your class :).

Core Pilates is not a workout I HAVE to do, it’s a pilates workout I GET to do. I look forward to my classes every single week. The teachers are all amazing and offer something better and different than the studios that are packed with people and reformers (classes are no larger than 8 people). Kelli challenges us every single time while keeping it fun yet pushing us to the next level of classic Pilates. If you are looking for the best Pilates studio and teachers in town, Core Pilates is it.

I have picked this studio for Pilates because the owners are amazing and offer a full range of classes at multiple times during the week. The instructors are very professional and adapt classes to your needs and abilities if needed.

Absolutely life changing! I look forward to every workout. I’m healthier than ever - stronger, better sleep, and able stop my prescription meds! Matt is the best trainer I have worked with (I’ve worked with several so I have that perspective). He gives great instructions so I get the most out of every movement and keeps the workouts fresh and fun. He adapts to my needs but always knows how to push so I accomplish more than I think I can. The group reformer classes are the perfect complement to my weight training sessions. Teachers are energetic, knowledgeable, and kind. You can push hard or go at your own pace. The participants are friendly and welcoming. I felt immediately at home (and I’m an introvert!). I highly recommend Core Pilates and personal training with Matt!

I’ve been a member at Amanda and Matt’s studio almost 2 years. The small personal atmosphere (only 7 reformers) allows them and all of their instructors to really watch each student and correct form constantly to insure no injuries and proper strength building. Additionally, they offer personalized strength training and nutritional guidance. I ❤️ Core Pilates Folsom.

I started a couple months ago with Pilates to help improve my back and strengthen my core. Amanda has been there walking me through the process of getting started, communicating with me whenever needed & coaching me through the classes. I can’t thank you enough Amanda, you are caring and amazing at teaching and leading these Pilates classes! I will eventually takes classes with other teachers but Amanda has been a great support getting me going! I feel the improvement in my body

Amanda & Matt are excellent coaches. I could not ask for better teachers and guides. They are professional and teach with precision, explaining movements throughout the class. One small adjustment and you discover muscles you never knew you had.
Although this studio is small, it is well laid out and always clean and neat. The group classes are great - with a maximum of 5 people you get alot of attention and instruction.
If you are looking for great instructors, an intimate class size and a great work out, this is the place to go.
