Great workout (full body and core). I'm still feeling the burn this morning from last night's Foundation class.

I gave it 4 stars because I felt the explanation of how the machine worked was a little rushed. I think the instructors should have first timers come in 10-15 minutes earlier for this explanation along with the opportunity to ask any questions or speak to any ailments they may have and or modifications they may need.

I also didn't like that the class seemed right on top of each other and I found myself bumping into those trying to gather their things from the lockers to leave as I was rushing to get ready. I think more instructions on 'what to do when arriving' should be printed on the receipt for newcomers like me. That would be extremely helpful.

Overall, I plan to return. I want to do a few more Foundation classes before jumping in with the wolves of the Ramped class.

A little expensive, but definitely worth it. Very intimate space (which was great). Energetic instructor. Great workout.
