I checked out this studio this week because I’m in the market for a membership. Upon arrival, the employee at check-in was mid conversation and said “I have to get rid of this person (me)” to whoever she was talking to and then proceeded to ask me, (in a condescending manner) “Have you done this before?” …at a beginner’s class with a new instructor… I didn’t care for her tone, however, during the entire class she was laughing? at the attendees? At me? This was the most unserious behavior I’ve observed in a middle-aged woman. This is not the way to recruit customers - especially in a city like San Francisco where word of mouth circulates very quickly. Don’t spend your money here

Love taking Kiki’s class! She’s always so informative & provides a kickass full body workout on my quick lunch break. Can’t recommend enough if you’re a beginner or Pilates vet

A great workout. Sore for a few days after for SURE. I wish this location did a better job of keeping their door unlocked because it was really hard for me to find my first time and the door was locked and it’s upstairs so I was extremely nervous that I was in the wrong place. They should have a sign on the door to rings doorbell or something!!!

Unacceptable service from Denise. I was late 2 minutes for my class and she gave my spot away but she said that she would still charge me a no-show fee even though they are not supposed to according to their own policy!!!

Kahsa is a fantastic instructor. Pilates is fairly technical and unintuitive. Pivoting your toes a few centimetres, or shifting your weight a bit makes a world of difference. Kahsa is attentive and respectfully hands on. I'll definitely be coming back to her classes.

Lately instructors are not showing exercises. I won't remember every single one...not that important to me.

Really enjoy taking Leticia Taylor's Core 40 class. It is very challenging, but not so hard that you can't do it. The workouts go by very quickly and the results from the megareformer are unlike any other kind of workout.
