My favorite Pilate place to date. It’s challenging, it’s fun, it’s rewarding. The instructors care and it really shows! I enjoy the monthly event keeping people engaged and accountable for their own success.

This is the most challenging and effective workout I’ve ever done. All the instructors are great and very engaging. They pay close attention to your form and will come over to adjust you, which I really like. They have great introductory deals, I highly recommend trying a few classes!

one of the best pilates studios in Santa Monica - I come 3-4 times a week and haven't met an instructor I don't like. I can also highly recommend the Straps classes when they are available!

We had such an amazing workout! This targets hard to train muscles like obliques, glutes, and hamstrings. You’ll be shaking during and after class and it’s so worth it. I’d highly recommend it.

I have done all kinds of classes and workouts over the years, but this one has literally changed my body and my mindset. I call this my pilates class on steroids. The idea is to work very small muscle groups in a very slow and controlled manner so that you fatigue the muscles. You actually need to take breaks as it's a progressive overload workout. You sweat and feel amazing that you were able to conquer the workout. It NEVER gets boring as the moves change. The instructors are so positive and encouraging and inspire you to keep at it. The owner is an amazing human- she is positive, inspirational, kind and you always want to do better for her (and yourself). Honestly, all of the instructors embrace that mindset. I highly recommend trying this class, but be warned- you may find yourself addicted (in the best possible way).

Best/hardest workout EVER. Coreology is an incredible workout, all of the instructors are experts and really focus on perfecting your form and preventing injury. The studio is spacious, safe, SUPER clean and the machines are all brand new and modern!

New to the block and a very welcomed addition. Coreology lives up to its name. This is an excellent studio with pilates beds and tread mills. All equipment is state of the art, and the vibes inside the studio are calm and cooling so you can really concentrate on the heat and intensity of the workout.
Suitable for all levels because the beds are adjustable, and it’s really up to the individual how hard they push themselves during the session.
The coaches are all really in tune with everyone in class, which is great for safety reasons too. There’s a large mirror to keep track of your posture. Bathroom is very clean, there are lockers to keep your personal items in.
Parking is easy to find in the street outside, there’s metered parking, and parking lots available. Most parking is free after 6PM on the streets too.
