My friend asked them to cancel her memebership before leaving for college. They said they would; however, come to find out they never canceled my membership and have been continuously charging me!

Victoria led The. Best. Class. Ever. Her style is very grounded and her voice grounding and guiding. Not to mention the music choice was so well aligned with the practice and motivating. She is masterful and talented and sets a new standard!!

Attented for a week. Generally good classes. However on a Saturday morning, an instructor didn't show up for a 7am class...

For paying almost 40$ a class, you would expect the weights to be organized and racked correctly. All the lbs were mixed up and tinkering on top of each other. Other than this being very frustrating when trying to find the weight you need, the fact that they were all disheveled caused one to fall on my foot bruising it. They were also out of the antibiotic wipes so I wasn't able to disinfectant my weights which is also a health hazard. I've been to 4 other core power studios in the area and have been going to core power for more than 5 years and this is the only studio that has always had this issue consistently. This has been an ongoing problem ever since the first class I took here and I had to finally speak up about it because of the safety concern and the health hazard.

Most athletic classes of all the yoga studios. If you want to be challenged, grow and get a lot stronger - this is it. More weights and heavier weights than other yoga studios.
Huge variety of classes.
Good if you travel or move around the city you can go to any other CP Yoga.
Great instructors Brit, Taylor, Michelle, Kaitlyn, Martin, Mike, Kalea and more.
Heated classes, so super sweaty.
(Body Temp Yoga studio is even hotter, too hot for me )
Don't understand the comments about cleanliness. Most other studios smell more. For such a hot studio with so many classes and so many people it could be way more intense....
Having not one but two showers and more dwnstrs is rare in SF. Super nice.
Community vibe lacking a bit.
Get in, get out, get on with your day vibe.
Front desk friendly.

Compact studio with kickass yoga class. T(h?)alia the instructor is energetic, and also works the front desk.
Free lockers. 4/5 stars because there are only 2 showers for men upstairs (and apparently one downstairs?) and you WILL sweat!

I am obsessed with yoga sculpt! As a former D1 athlete I struggled to find a workout that is the perfect mix of intensity and easy on the joints. This gives me a full body workout, sweat and stretch all in one! It's the only workout I've been consistent with in 5 years. Great music, instructors and price for unlimited monthly workouts. I also love the way my body has transformed into toned, leaner muscle.

Nice studio, friendly instructor who doubles as the front desk attendant. Room was packed and nobody seemed interested in moving their mat to make room for me, even after I politely said “room for one more?“ Not sure what’s up with that, but I can’t blame the studio for their students’ lack of friendliness.

terrible management and poor customer service. I was there few mins late and the white male staff doesn’t’ allow me to go inside. He locked the door instead. ??? Other places would help customers to resolve the problem and make suggestions about how to attend the class, but this guy just shut the door..and give me a condescending look….wow

Very dirty studio , terrible customer service, and very weak mangement. It's a shame because the classes are good...but for $200 a month with no standards in cleanliness. Not worth it.
