I’ve been going to CorePower on and off since the summer of 2023. I love the C2 classes. While I’ve taken classes with many of the instructors, Jamie and Neal are my favorite instructors. Their classes are the perfect amount of challenging and I always feel like I got a great workout in.

Showed up for a booked class and the doors are locked, the lights turned off, and no one is answering the phone. This is my (first attempt at a) visit. The website doesn’t say the class was canceled so I’m very confused and most likely won’t come back.

Closed when it say will return from lunch at 2:30. Waiting 20 min.calling & now on hold. Need to return exchange. Didnt appreciate service yesterday either. Staff unfriendly chatting with themselves.you Must Have your personal information entered into their computer system in order to buy something on cash or credit the store is only open and the front for 15 minutes prior to the 2 classes classes they have the rest of the time the stores close so UN professional I hope they go out of business

I've been going to this studio for 3 years and I've enjoyed their professionalism. The teachers are very knowledgeable and always have a great routine in place. Their routines flow really well with the different poses. The heated rooms are awesome. I love the various classes you can choose from depending on your mood. Try it out!

Loved taking my yoga teacher training here and really enjoy the yoga classes and all the staff are very warm and welcoming. I realized my old yoga school was not really working me out once I took a class here. Julie is a amazing teacher and Tamra really takes care of everything whatever she can. Great instructors, great community. I miss the HPF classes which is why I cancelled my monthly package.People need to know that your monthly rate is no longer the bay area rate at $159. That was WAY too high for the fair oaks market...much more affordable now! Please bring back HPF classes!!

Sometimes you don't know you are looking for something, until you find it. This studio is my newfound yoga "home." With luxurious design and ambiance, impeccable service and lovable teachers that impress each having their own unique flow and style, Corepower is nothing short of exceptional. I am so satisified to find finally a challenging form of exercise and way more than that, which I do daily but even will try to attend a sometimes second class, as the candlelit ones will I'm sure be even more soul gratifying. The yoga instructors provide clear instructions, create a well-balanced flowing classes, and carefully guide yogis through their practice. The facilities are immaculate, the props are plentiful, and the locker rooms have all the necessary amenities. (Sabrina and Cici are excellent.)

This is a great Yoga studio with really great people that work here. I have liked every teacher here, which has not been my experience at other studios. I prefer this studio over another popular studio because here they really allow you to drop into your poses, I felt I was rushed through my poses at the other studio. You can't go wrong doing Yoga here, plus it being right next door to Trader Joe's is a huge plus!

The experience I have at this studio is calming and smoothing in the beginning followed by sweat and challenging movement ended with a cool breeze blown over your body and relaxation. They don't allow talking inside the studio and I feel every studio should make this rule. It gives you an opportunity to get yourself centered prior to your session. I will continue to go to CorePower. All the staff and instructors are awesome too!!
