My wife has been going to this location since early this year and has never once been late. Yesterday she arrived 4 minutes late after driving 25 minutes in traffic, and the instructor still refused to let her in. Sheβs a working mom of a young child β sometimes delays happen.
I donβt think all instructors here are the same, but the management really needs to teach empathy and basic kindness. A little understanding would have gone a long way. This experience was disappointing and unnecessary.
Weβre seriously reconsidering whether this location is worth our time or money.

It is not my practice to lightly post negative reviews, but I am concerned about the "late policy" that the studio follows. The class doors are "locked" at the start time or ten minute before or some such thing, so that paying customers who arrive a minute or two late are not allowed to attend. What time critical medical procedures are being carried out inside that make the first two minutes problematic for paying customers to miss? Even real hospitals and medical centers provide a ten minute leeway for late patients. Does this studio believe itself to be above hospitals in its inflated sense of importance to the public? Is the studio management aware of real-world traffic conditions in the cities they operate in? Busy professionals cannot leave their careers in order to satisfy the studio's "late policy". On top of that, the studio has the temerity to charge a cancellation fee for customers who arrive a few minutes late. I recommend any of the several other yoga studios nearby.

You can combine cardio with a strong muscle workout. I highly recommend Michael's Sculpt class.

This place is horrible. I booked my class at class pass but I was late . People in there said I could change to other class and it wonβt get charged ! But still they charge me $40 for class after that ! I donβt understand why they do it ! So I ended up paid $ 60 for a class and the class definitely not worth for that expensive price!

Hot yoga is excellent. Very intense workout because of the heat.
I see other reviews mention cleanliness, but everything was pristine. Worth noting that it's worth it to arrive early and stretch/prepare.

Dont be fooled by reviews that are from 7-8 years ago. If you already know how to do different exercises but just need a small room of 30 people with stinking sweat smell, this is definitely the place for you. But if you are serious to learn the right way to do exercise, please save yourself the trouble of going to Thursday core power strength class by Zee Q.
Instructor doesnβt wear a mic and is not willing to listen to your concerns. I couldnβt even hear number counting of repetition because of loud music and huge speakers above your head. When requested to lower music, they suggested not to take the class or come early to get place in front rows near the instructor
Other classes focused on yoga are nice.

I absolutely love Core Power Yoga! The instructors I've had the pleasure of practicing with, Tony, Zee and Yang, are all fantastic. They bring a unique energy and expertise to each class, making every practice a wonderful experience.
The flow of yoga poses is thoughtfully sequenced, allowing for a challenging yet accessible practice. I appreciate how the instructors weave together physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to create a holistic experience.
The overall atmosphere at Core Power Yoga is welcoming, supportive, and inspiring. I always leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and motivated to continue my yoga journey.
Thank you, Tony, Zee, Yang, and the entire Core Power Yoga team for creating such an amazing space to practice and grow!

Went in a for free community class, was my first time trying out hot yoga. Facility was clean, instructor was good and gave clear indirections. I would come back and try a different class.

Class & TeacherοΌ Niceπ Policyβ¦ They require 30 day notice if you wanna cancel membership. Otherwise they charge you additional up to a month membership fee. I donβt think they posted this policy on their website. Thatβs the worst part. So if you wanna cancel their membership, be sure to notify them a month earlier.

This studio just treated people differently by not letting people in. Arrived 10 but have to park the car and arrived 2 mins late. I saw people joining late before. There are comments before has the same situation - let other 2 late people in but the commenter did not. Really not friendly studio with staff. Called the customer service team, they just saying itβs the policy. But if not everyone follows the policy, whatβs the point of the policy?

After each class, I have the feeling that I won't miss the next one, and I wonder why I didn't sign up sooner.

Really nice place. Attentive teatchers, there are a lot of different yoga classes, I especially like hot yoga class there. Clean place. If you don't have a yoga mat/water/towel with you, they can provide you with these stuff for 2$ each. Especially for me it was difficult to be there at the peak hours - too much people! Also you can try a free week there.

As a yoga center, they are good. But they are the most unhelpful people ever! I was in the stages of fainting during one of their classes (due to low blood sugar) and I was gasping for breath. I asked the reception people for help. They just looked at me weirdly and offered no help. Finally, my husband rushed off to get a chocolate to prevent me from fainting. I wish people here would be more helpful and have basic first aid!

I'm not a regular Yogi/Yoga Practitioner, but I was looking for an opportunity to build up on my flexibility and core strength after coming from an Achilles Rupture Surgery.
With that said, this studio is exactly what I was looking for. I've only taken a few classes of the 1-week free trial so far, but was already interested in coming back regularly after my first class. The classes I've taken are "Yoga Sculpt" and "CorePower 2".
Yoga Sculpt is like going through the yoga flow with weights, cardio, and strength training. "CorePower 2" is the general Yoga class, but more demanding on the body than the previous level classes I assume. (Honestly I can't say since I haven't tried CorePower 1 or 1.5) Either way, both these classes will be as taxing on your body as you want it to be depending on how much you challenge yourself.
The instructors I've taken classes from are Jackie, Melanie, Roxy, and Kalista. The passion in their practice definitely shows in their classes. Each staff member is very inviting, encouraging during class, and will put you to work while at the same time being mindful of your body, mind, and spirit.
Like I said, I'm no Yogi, but whether you're looking for a place to practice Yoga, or push your body's physical fitness level, CorePower Yoga at Golden Circle definitely delivers!

Recommendations are great but actually taking the first step and participating.. one can truely experience "Joie de vivre" for oneself.
Note: CorePower yoga offers one week of unlimited yoga classes free because the product is that good.

Teachers are top notch, and the studio was very welcoming to all. I took classes with Aubree, Colleen, and Maily and each teacher captured the essence of yoga wonderfully in their varying approaches. I am glad to have been able to drop in for a few classes on a business trip, and I will come back anytime I am in the San Jose area!

My visit was my first time trying any type of yoga, and despite my inability to keep up with the class, or my lack of knowledge of any of the poses the teacher did a wonderful job of offering guidance and assistance without singling me out or rubbing in my weaknesses. The class was intense and despite being physically exhausting, it was extremely mentally relaxing - the facilities are very clean and the people were all very friendly and professional.

Corepower yoga is the place. I've been to other places in the area but this one is a cut above. The instructors are very friendly and the patrons in general are part of that super friendly and hospitable atmosphere. Come here, you won't regret it

This is a wonderful yoga studio, great amenities, great teachers who can teach clearly and take it in a pace, and help with right postures and asanas per individual. I have been to various yoga classes none I could enroll after first class, but this yoga studio is exceptional.
