I arrived at 4:02 for a 4:00 class and the door was already locked. There was no one at the reception to help, so I couldn’t check in or even ask what to do. I came all the way there and live far and was only two minutes late, but still couldn’t get in. Also, the ClassPass listing is misleading. If the real cutoff is earlier, the start time should be shown as 3:50 so people don’t get confused most people don’t read the entire description. A simple solution would be to leave the door unlocked until 4:05, like most gyms do, and then lock it. Clearer communication and a few minutes of grace would make the experience much more welcoming.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I'm feeling low, I take any class and leave feeling centered and with purpose. All the instructors are amazing and help guide through each move.

I love yoga. And I was really excited to learn that there was a Free Week at a studio not too far from my house. Believe me when I tell you — it was an experience I will never forget. The people at this studio train like it’s the end of the world.

Asking for recommendations for classes, they directed me to a unique format called Yoga Sculpt. I was perplexed when they recommended I bring
the following: sturdy mat, towel, a bottle of water, 3-days of food rations, steel toe boots and at least 3 years of martial arts experience.

When I entered the room they had emulated the Vietnam Jungle with 95 degrees, 40 percent humidity and a local improv group acting as “the aggressors” in the corner.

When the class started, the instructor came in clad in patriotic leggings, and a headband that read “Only the Strongest Survive.”

In class we did everything. Warrior 1. Warrior 2. Planks. Squats. Target range practice. Treaty writing. Topography.

Sonya, if you’re reading this— thanks for the great sweat!

I’ve been a CP member since my Denver days. Proud to say I’m still a loyal member after many years. I recently did an 8AM class with Olga and I loved it. Olga is an experienced teacher and that offers growth in her teachings. I took home alot of growth and insight from her class!

I have never been to this location and they have now charged me $200 in two days for merchandise. Someone at this location appears to be stealing from me and it is unacceptable

I attended my first yoga class with Caitlyn as the teacher. She was awesome, gave great cues and was very encouraging to all of us. The studio is very neat and clean. I really enjoyed this experience!
