Had a monthly subscription for 3-4 years. Classes, instructors and locations are great. I used the Pasadena and Torrance locations a few times which were also great. My problem is with corporate and their cancellation practices. I got a back injury that forced me to freeze membership for $15/month and then had to call and cancel. Found out that the “terms & conditions” I agreed to 3-4 years ago when joining requires membership to continue for 30 days after cancelling, which means I am paying over $160 for a month of yoga studio membership that I can’t use. Then after the call I get an email from a customer service rep telling me that CorePower offers to freeze my membership for 10 months and will waive the ‘freeze fee,’ but if I want to re-join after canceling then my monthly membership fee will go up to $200/month due to ‘current market conditions.’ All this feels like super slimy corporate greed, and even if I recover from this back injury I doubt that I will return to CorePower and will look elsewhere for a yoga studio. If you are considering a monthly subscription to CorePower, beware of their cancellation practices. If you are dead set on using CorePower then I suggest getting a large ‘block’ of classes to get your cost per class as low as possible and avoid this disappointing cancellation experience.

I love the classes and studio, instructors are energetic and knowledgeable. The only thing that I recommend the studio is to keep it clean! Would love some essential oils too!

I am new to CorePower. I tried the free week trial which was very helpful for figuring out which classes and instructors were best suited for me. I have since become a member and have almost completed my first month. I attend Yoga Sculpt and C2 classes several times a week and I am now hooked. I look forward to class and feel great after every workout. Unfortunately some of the classes have been inconsistent with different instructors subbing and even had one cancelled on me so I am hoping for more consistency in that aspect. Shoutout to Lusin Y. Her class is my absolute favorite! I love her fun vibe and she is very sweet and genuine. I am hoping they make her the regular instructor. The facilities are decently clean. There has been a recent improvement in the smell upon entering. Thankfully the studios themselves did not smell and appear to be cleaned in between classes. I look forward to continuing my practice there.

Just took my first class with Lusin and it was amazing! I really enjoyed the class- it was challenging and Lusin provided modifications. I loved the playlist and dance vibes as well 🙌🏽🙏🏼💪🏽🔥 it was a great sweat! Will be back to this class again!

My first Core Power class and I loved it. DrewAnn was calming and motivating. She kept class moving and it was easy to understand. The heat takes some getting used to but the workout felt awesome and the environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend!

Rotten customer service. They disrespect you by having NO local contact phone number. You get routed to Corp. phone ie: "You are called number 40, your estimated wait time is 31 minutes. Thank you for your patience."
All I wanted to do was check on a lost item that a house guest left there. Now I will have to make a special trip drive over there, and HOPE they have it.
I will NEVER join a place with so little respect for customers.
