Just stopped in town for the day and was convinced to try out CorePower. Not only was the staff incredibly kind. The space was supportive, clean, and encouraging. We got the privilege of training with Jessica and she was wonderful. Not only was she a ray of light but the music choices were spot on. Hoping I get the chance to come back and take class again soon!

Claire led such a wonderful practice. I was in SD for a day and a half and was so glad I made it to corepower. It set up my whole week. It was challenging and rewarding. I felt comforted and much healing took place. Claire's intentionality with the practice made it so personal. Thank you for a great power flow!!!

Rachael was incredibly amazing. I have never felt so taken care of at a yoga studio. I was visiting from Arizona and I am 100% committed to my studio in AZ but needed to get my yoga fix. She went over and beyond and was very kind and an excellent instructor. I was incredibly happy with the class.

So frustrated! I was headed out of town and wanted do yoga on my trip. I wanted to make sure I still had my credits on my account. Tried calling a few days in a row. The main call center just kept going to a message. I emailed them at the email address their message said to if you need to get ahold of someone. I received an automated email saying someone would get back to me with in a WEEK! Tried to book online and it wouldn't let me unless I had a membership (even though I have prepaid credits). Decided I would just stop in when I got to town. The door is locked and there is a sign saying they are in class. No one to be found. So frustrating that NO ONE is available! :( Terrible customer service. I would've left 1 star, but I enjoyed the classes that I've actually be able to go to.

I’m a newbie.. I don’t know anything about yoga. I spoke to the front desk about this being my first time! Come to find out it’s an advanced class! I worried even more! But it was a lot different then I imagined. Damon was the instructor and he didn’t make me feel like I had to do more than what I know I’m able to do at the moment. It was a great experience and definitely will continue to do yoga now :)

I have been a very active member of Core Power Yoga for just over 10 years now. Consequently, yoga has become an integral, essential part of my life. Over the years, I have had the tremendous pleasure of learning from a number of excellent teachers. Since the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, I have happily taken advantage of the On-Demand and live video classes Core Power has made available, but I have missed the face to face interaction with the community and the instructors. Therefore, over the last 2 weeks, I have taken advantage of the outside classes offered by Core Power in San Diego, CA. I am thrilled that I am doing so - it is wonderful to practice again with fellow yogis, the location on the waterfront is beautiful and inspiring, and, most importantly, I have had the great joy of learning from an absolutely superb teacher, a woman who I believe manages the Pacific Beach location. Her name is Laryn. She exudes enthusiasm, professionalism, confidence, passion, and a great sense of fun. Laryn's classes are challenging, creative, and beautifully choreographed. With her great personal warmth and ability to engage her students, she embodies the essence of both the spiritual and physical aspects of yoga. Thank you, Core Power, for giving us the gift of teachers like Layrn!

Sparkling clean studio. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Knowledgeable and caring instructors. And the studio manager Juan is engaged, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. He also has more energy than seems physically possible while bouncing around in a heated studio during sculpt! Great place for an awesome workout and community!

Have taken several classes here. Teachers are amazing here, specially Damon on level 2 class. He will remind you to breathe throughout the class which a lot of teachers forget to. Truly a master of yoga. You will leave feeling more relaxed and grounded as well completely accomplished since you survived a hot yoga class. Amazing location in the heart of San Diego and give you validation for parking on structure . If you have not tried it I recommend it. Plus free first week!
