I really liked the manager, Justin -- he was excellent and had a great workout routine. Justin is a 5/5, easy. I also enjoyed the mix of weights and cardio. Some of the other staff had strong routines that I found really effective -- I'd rate them 4/5. One staff member, Meara, had a different style that didn't quite work for me. She seemed a bit distant and less engaged during sessions, and I didn't feel as welcomed in her class compared to others. I also didn't feel particularly welcomed by a couple of the other instructors -- I don't recall their names, so I won't mention specifics. While their routines were fine, the energy and engagement just didn't click for me -- I'd rate them 1/5.

Great place to do yoga! Flexible schedules and locations make it really easy to find one that works with your schedule! I also love the fact that they have yoga classes in hot rooms.

I got back into yoga after a 5 years hiatus. CorePower is by far the cleanest yoga studio with hot yoga fusion along with sculpt classes in a warm environment. Separate gender locker rooms with showers and locker space for your personal items. Bring a lock because they only have a small handful of key locks for you to borrow. I started with their 7 days free trial and was determined to go every day for 7 days. I was back! After that I committed to their monthly unlimited yoga package.

I just finished my 7-day free trial and I am OBSESSED. I haven’t practiced yoga in a few years so I was hesitant to try again but I’m so glad I did! All of the instructors are friendly, helpful and supportive! I immediately felt so comfortable here. Thank you so much!

5 stars for class schedule options, locations, teachers, and facilities. 4 stars for cost of membership.
I took my first CPY class here and attended the Yoga Sculpt Class. I was very impressed with the facilities and instruction. I don’t remember the yogi’s name that lead the class, but was definitely worked by the end. I have also been to the Pacific Beach location for heated CorePower Yoga 2 class and was also impressed. The first week trial had me sold and I bought the Groupon for unlimited classes for 30 days. Unfortunately the monthly membership dues are steep enough to prevent me from a regular membership at this time.

I wish I lived closer to this location. While tucked away, it feels spacious inside and the CP 1.5 was a great class. I really enjoyed the instructor and the series was a great work out. The front desk staff (I think the teacher of the previous class) was so helpful and the locker room facilities were great (but bring your own towel!)

Warning, Corepower yoga is addicting. Bring a mat, a towel and some water and prepare to sweat your a$& off. I would probably be a member here if it wasn't so expensive but if you can afford it I say why not. If you can't afford it, be like me and get your free week...and then follow that up with a groupon. Yoga 2 is my favorite class because it flows pretty quickly. Highly recommend.
