This is an appeal to the management. Please do something about the guy in the 12/1 Wednesday 8:30 pm class who smells so bad that at least 4 people had to leave early and others were physically ill from their expressions. This person MUST be known to staff as I see him there regularly especially on weekday evenings. His lack of hygiene has always been apparent but itβs getting worse. Today he smelled so bad multiple people had to leave. Yoga involves body odor this I understand but this is not body odor itβs lack of hygiene. Iβm sure if you reach out to other students who took that class it will be the one thing they remember. There must be some way management can tell him he needs to shower or not come. If I keep seeing him Iβm going to start avoiding this studio. The teacher Iβm sure knows which student it is. Many people do. Please help.

If I could give Tustin CPY more than 5-stars across the board, I would.Β WOW!!!Β In all my years of practicing hot yoga, I have never come across a studio such as this one.Β First off, the studio is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking.Β There are two classrooms, they are both buzzing all day long from open (06:00) to close (22:00).Β The offering of classes is abundant. You will definitely find a class to fit into any busy schedule. The studio is kept clean, sanitary, and properly maintained.Β There are plenty of blocks and weights to go around.Β All the features I like to have in a studio.Β However, Β the instructors are the best part of Tustin CPY!Β From beginning to end, every single class I have taken here has been epic.Β The ambiance is perfectly set with mood lighting, playlists are always spot on with the vibe of the class, instructions are clear, succinct, audible, and well paced, without any fluffyΒ chatter.Β The instructor's energy and intensity match that of the class and they ensure the classes flow flawlessly ... before you know it, you're sweaty and in shavasana.Β Thank you, Team Tustin CPY, for a truly memorable hot yoga experience!

Chyna is once of the best instructors at CP! Her playlist always hits. She is so creative with her workouts. Her class is intense, but I feel so incredibly accomplished after every time. Like I always say, it hurts so good. Love love love her flow!

This location needs to teach their employees better customer service and conflict resolution. Gracia was at the front desk and didnβt acknowledge me when I walked in and instead talked to another student while I waited patiently, and then was not admitted for being a few minutes late. She walked away without giving me an explanation and left me waiting. She is rude and is only cheerful with guests who are of a certain demographic.

Allison and Brooke deserve a raise/bonus they go above and beyond and continue to pack their classes. My only complaint with this studio is the yoga spaces are very small so if you are 6ft tall or above you canβt do 30% of the exercises if there is a person behind or in front of you. You will hit them. If I was management I would reduce the number of spots in the class and give people more room. I mean how often are you at 100% capacity in a class?

I just took an energetic yoga sculpt class at CPY Tustin. Aubrey Ba was amazing! Great, well-planned sequence with upbeat music. And I love her energy β€οΈ.
CPY has always been my safe place to practice mindfulness. I'm fortunate that I have a community to go to to practice self-care and be with fellow yogis that embrace and share strength and positive energy. I am grateful for CPY!

I loved CorePower Yoga! The staff were wonderful. The classes were dynamic and challenging. I was particularly drawn to the sculpt class. I felt the results immediately. I am not about a quick fix by any means, but this sure felt like it. Such a great experience. I highly recommend!

I love the facility, it's just too big for me. I have grown accustom to the Brea Studio and the relationships I have there with the Yogi Instructors. One thing I liked about Tustin is they offer more classes on the weekends going into the early evening. We don't have that flexibility at Brea being a smaller studio.

I took my first class with Ava Ghiassi and she was amazing! I am a Pure Barre instructor so I am very passionate about fitness and enjoy classes that are challenging for me. Ava's class challenged me and l left feeling very accomplished! She was easy to understand, she had great rhythm, and she also made class fun with her spunky and kind personality :) I would definitely recommend CorePower Yoga Tustin to any of my fitness friends or friends who are just trying to warm up to getting back into fitness since you can also go at your own pace if need be. Ava created a very welcoming environment that I feel anyone would feel comfortable stepping into. Thank you for the great experience! I will definitely be back! :)

I do missed this place. I walked in and right away the instructor recognized me! My last class was March of 2020! It was the best Welcome π. The room had been properly marked for distancing which made me feel comfortable. And she also seemed to time the heating of the room perfectly! The masks make it tough so that was great π Happy to be back!

The studio was clean and the staff was friendly. Shout out to Kelsey Rae. I took her C2 class and she really got everyone focusing on their form, which is so important! She challenged us but also encouraged us to work at our own pace. Also her music was great

Really great classes. Love the teachers. Love the diversity of classes offered. Tried C1 C2 and YPF. GREAT! Studio manager Kelsey is very knowledgeable and really addresses your personal health concerns. 1 week free and now I need to find a way to monitarily add core power to my fitness budget. Thank you for a nice week!!!

CorePower is by far my favorite yoga studio that I've been to. I've been to this location and the one in Irvine, off of Barranca (Woodbridge area). This location is very convenient - right off the freeway and the surrounding plazas have just about every other store you could possibly need to go to.
This yoga studio is known for a) it's heated classes (not quite as hot as bikram yoga) and b) it's vinyasa/power yoga-style methodology. Classes range from 1 - 1.5 hours and there are a good mix of classes offered/available every day. I personally like the structure and style of CorePower's classes because they feel a bit more like workout compared to just being purely relaxed and meditative. The heated rooms combined with vinyasa makes for really enjoyable sessions. I like the C2 (intermediate) and yoga sculpt (uses light weights) classes the most.
Now, as for pricing, this yoga studio IS expensive, for me at least. The quality of the instructors (knowledge, ability, professionalism) along with the cleanliness/tidiness of the studio are definitely worth it. Even the environment is very friendly and open, as I've never had a negative experience with either the staff or other yogis (at either of the two studios I've been to).
I definitely recommend trying this studio out, and if you're into yoga, you'll enjoy it as much as I have.
