As a total novice with a long list of body issues I was nervous to start Pilates. But from the moment I walked into Corpo Kinetic a little over a year ago, I felt completely supported. The new studio is clean, calm, and beautifully minimalist, without any of the gimmicks or hype you often find elsewhere. I especially appreciate the eco-friendly touches—they really reflect the studio’s thoughtful, grounded approach.
All of the instructors are amazing, but Julia and Kelly in particular have truly improved my relationship with my body! Their knowledge, compassion, and ability to tailor movement to my unique body have helped me feel stronger, more aware, and hopeful about healing. They create such a safe, encouraging space that I look forward to each session and have been able to establish a consistent exercise routine for the first time in my life. If you're new to Pilates or working through physical challenges, I can't recommend Corpo Kinetic enough. It's the real deal.

Corpokinetic offers great small group classes where teachers pay a lot of attention to your body. I enjoy Standing Pilates class because it strengths my core and improves my posture. It also corrects my problems with scoliosis. I highly recommend it.

I've tried many Pilates studios over the years but keep coming back to Corpo Kinetic for the outstanding facility and instructors. A special shout-out to Andrea, who teaches an excellent Standing Springboard class on Tuesdays. Her instruction is attentive, creative, and inspiring, and the standing work tests my balance and proprioception in ways that mat and reformer work don't.

It took a team to get me to move well again. Corpo Kinetic and specifically Cheyanne worked with me to improve my mobility.
It took some time, but it worked out well for me. Cheyanne is patient and knowledgeable. She explained everything and recommended exercises that helped me. What I liked about the sessions is that I would learn something new every session. I also learned how the body works and is connected and the importance of the core.
The equipment was great to work with and the founder Julia Hollas is great very knowledgeable and kind. I will always be grateful, appreciative and thankful to Corpo-Kinetic and Cheyanne.
Thank you Corpo Kinetic and Cheyanne.

I've been taking classes at Corpo Kinetic for more than 2 years now. I had tried Pilates at other studios in the past, but I never really connected with it until I started going to Corpo Kinetic. I'm one of the people who actually prefers springboard classes -- and Corpo Kinetic offers them a few times a week. Julia and her team do a great job of making every class different. The variety challenges you in different ways and makes it fun to come back week after week. I also appreciate that the unlimited monthly package includes as many mat classes as you'd like to attend. I often squeeze in lunchtime mat classes by jumping on Zoom, which is a huge help in keeping up a consistent practice.

I experienced significant back pain after focusing on keeping up in gym classes - as opposed to doing the exercises correctly. Several months of PT just made my back pain worse. Thankfully, an acupuncturist steered me to Pilates and Corpo Kinetic. One on one Pilates sessions first with Julia and now with LizAnne were so helpful in not only understanding the conflicting curves in my spine but strengthening various muscle groups and teaching me how to exercise and move correctly. They are very attentive to the correct body alignment in different positions, and excel at explaining clearly small changes I need to make to be pain free. I am much more stable on my feet and am able to continue to engage in the activities I love (backpacking, skiing, gardening) with minimal pain.

I have been coming here for over a year and will not go anywhere else now. Pilates has been an integral part of my exercise routine for the last 10 years and I have been to many places. Corpo Kinetic is a wonderful place because the quality of teachers, particularly Christy Crowley, and the thoughtful design of the new facilities, eg usable towels instead of papertowels, gentle lighting.and good ventilation. The classes are at a maximum of 7 students which provide individual attention. Christy provides precise instructions on what your body should do and how your body should feel in each exercise. It's transformative!

Lovely studio with a variety of classes, from reformer to springboard. The unlimited monthly subscription if you can make time for class more than 3x a week. Focused on core strength and mobility, I find that I'm stronger, more nimble and in a healthier state of mind.

This is a great studio. Lots of positivity and attention to detail. Very slow and careful, great for rehabilitation. Each instructor is a little different. Julia’s Springboard class is not to be missed.

This review is long, long overdue. I've been going to Corpo Kinetic for almost 10 years. I have been to many pilates studios and Corpo Kinetic is my favorite. The personal lessons are fantastic- all of the teachers I've worked with are kind and extremely knowledgeable about the body. The workouts are safe, challenging and meditative. More recently I've been going to the group classes and can't recommend them enough- the group classes are very small so you still get a ton of personalized and extremeley detailed suggestions. Julia is a truly gifted Pilates teacher- she is able to give extremeley helpful verbal cues and is extremeley detail oriented and will give tiny but powerful corrections for your body. The studio has a calm, positve and supportive vibe. Highly, highly recommend if you're just starting out or if you're more experienced with Pilates.

I was recommended to Corpo Kinetic Pilates after an injury. My goals were to better understand my body and build strength. I worked with Cheyenne for 6 months and truly enjoyed my time with her. She helped me accomplish my goals. I appreciated that she let me go at my own pace until my body really got something and gave me exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Cheyenne. She is patient, kind and knows her stuff.

An amazing studio with wonderful instructors, especially for recovering from an injury. Julia at Corpo Kinetic has helped me so much with longstanding issues in my feet & legs. The classes are small, and folks get lots of individual attention.

I could not recommend Corpo Kinetic more highly -- professional, relaxed, kind, and highly effective. I credit the team at Corpo Kinetic for keeping me hiking, biking, and kayaking, as well as generally keeping pain from an aging body at bay. Julia is so knowledgeable about all parts of the human body and is excellent at figuring out how to meet each new challenge I present, whether it's knee rehabilitation or some mystery neck pain. I feel so much better after each session or class, and I love how strong I feel now that I've been doing Pilates there for a couple of years.

Working with Nati Oron changed my life! I used to have pretty intense regular back pain. Now, it's much more sporadic and I have the tools I need to self-soothe. I've also gotten a lot stronger and developed better body awareness. Definitely recommend.

These days we can easily find pilates classes online, but what's so wonderful about Corpo Kinetic virtual classes is the small size (no more than 8 students!) and the instructors' regularly correcting us to ensure we're in alignment, safe and getting the most out of each class. Julia, Linnea and Nati are each inspiring in their own way, but they all share an authentic warmth, creativity in their class flow and sweet humor to keep us going. The new monthly membership package can't be beat Anywhere! ;-)

I’m so grateful for my work with Julia and her seemingly endless knowledge. I credit my work with Julia to my shoulders having tons more articulation than they did before, and it’s been a significant factor in helping me manage my migraine and neck/shoulder pain.
The small class size and individual attention can’t be beat. I’ve continued to train privately this year via zoom and now with a socially-distant “Pilates on the patio” setup which has been most helpful during this unusual time.

I highly recommend Julia Hollas as a Pilates Instructor.
I had a great experience working with Julia last week on my feet and back. Through the exercises she had me do, I became aware of the tension I had been holding in my back and in my feet, and how to get my body to let go of it.
And by the end of the session I was feeling much less of the strain in the muscles with which I had begun the session.
I found Julia to be knowledgeable and attentive, and fun to work with.
