I started training with Cristiano in 2023 and have been a client ever since. He is one of the best trainers I have encountered, and I genuinely enjoy learning something new every time we meet.

Cristiano's personal training defines what personal training is. My husband and I have used multiple personal trainers in the past. They all follow a “program”, if they have one. It doesn't matter your age, gender, or health condition differences. It didn’t feel “personal” at all. When we get older, we have more limitations, or aches and pains. Cristiano really assess all these aspects, develop a program that is suited for you and only your health status. While I am lifting weights, my husband’s program is focusing on range of motion and flexibility. Two totally different programs. We both are very happy with our programs, because we feel better after each session. Isn’t that the most import thing? We feel better every day. We became healthier and stronger everyday. We highly recommend to family and friends to Cristiano’s Personal Training Studio. Give him a try. You won’t regret it.

I can’t say enough about Cristiano and his personal training abilities. He is friendly, professional, patient, encouraging, and above all, knowledgeable!
I was nervous about seeing a trainer, especially during COVID, but Cristiano’s health and safety precautions put me at ease. His studio is always neat, he is constantly circulating and cleaning the air, his equipment is sanitized in-between sessions, and he keeps social distancing norms.
I have had personal trainers before and Cristiano is by far the best one I’ve met. Since starting with him, I have a better mind-body connection, my form has improved, my body is stronger, my posture is better, and I feel more energized! His methodical and detail-oriented approach ensures I am constantly pushing myself and progressing, even on exercises I thought I already knew, like squats.
With Cristiano, you get more than training, you also learn about your body as a whole. He understands how the body's systems and movement are interconnected and helps you understand it to. This is especially useful if you hurt yourself, have a spasms, are in chronic pain, recovering from surgery or need to compliment your physical therapy. No matter where you are on your journey, he's there to support your unique needs and put you on a path to recovery and holistic wellbeing.

I am making more progress in two private sessions per week with Cristiano than I was making in four gym sessions per week on my own. Now, there is no more room for extended breaks, no more opportunity for lower than optimal effort and pace.
Cristiano helped me understand the underlying limitations in my movement patterns. We then progressed through a series of exercises designed to gradually improve my mobility and my form.
I am so relieved that I am on the right path with my fitness routine and that I am no longer searching and trying fitness programs. Under Cristiano's guidance I continue to make great progress and I am very happy to see that my fitness goals are now within reach.

I'm adding to my prior review - because people need to know!
Now that I've been working with Cristiano for a few months - I'm seeing great results in my body. What makes him the best is his attention to detail, and how he teaches trigger point release before the workout, and gives you a SUPER RELAXING assisted stretching session at the end of your workout. Imagine getting a mini Thai Massage that helps you melt and keeps you from being crazy sore the day after your workout. (Honestly, I can't afford to be crazy sore, I'm a medical provider and a new mom - I've gotta be able to use my legs!)

I've been working with Cristiano for about a month and I am super grateful he was recommended to me by a friend. He identified right away why I kept getting injured in fitness classes (or couldn't walk for days after), even though I'm relatively fit. Apparently even though I'm strong and flexible, my stabilizing muscles are underdeveloped.
His intro offer for an assessment and 3 sessions was a no-brainer smart investment.
Now he has me doing brilliant exercises tailored just for my body (This guy is some sort of reincarnated master of the physical body!) - it's always fun and engaging. He has a great attitude, and he is able to make such great use of the small studio space. I'm not injuring myself any more, and I'm seeing great results already.
I love that he has an area upstairs to warm up, change clothes, or refresh myself after a session.
