Cross Court has welcomed me warmly as a new member. I adore exercise in the pool. It keeps my knee feeling good. It also helps me stay positive in a world full of challenges. People are friendly. Instructors are happy I join their class, even after it starts. There are tables for people to sit and chat if desired. As a senior, I recommend Cross Court as a welcoming place.

I don't know what happened but this place took a giant nose dive into the potty. I had a membership two years ago and it was awesome but started to decline during my year. I cancelled because I wasn't going as much, equipment was down alot, and staff turnover was insane. I decided to joim again six months later (January) because my son missed the daycare. The facilities are worse than before, my favorite pieces of equipment have been removed, the sauna and hot tub are cold the majority of the time, they barely serve any snacks or drinks anymore, they're now charging for towels, and now they're canceling daycare. I cancelled my membership and signed up for another gym the same day.
Two stars because the staff has always been nice, Alicia from the daycare was AMAZING, and for the easy cancellation experience I had.

Childcare is wonderful, but they are now closing it which is why I'll be looking for a new gym because I have to have childcare. The gym needs some serious TLC. Some things are falling apart. However people are very friendly. Wish I could stay but childcare is a deal-breaker

Jennifer is excellent. However, the dressing area is over crowded, facilities need to be cleaner, and need additional professional leaders in water aerobics.

This is terrible athletic club most of the equipment doesn't work. Club is dirty. Needs some renovations to the inside. Pool area is very dirty. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
