This Place Steals your money even after you try to cancel. I don’t think anyone should join here. I tried to cancel February 26th 2024 and they just billed me April 12th. It’s not about the money it’s about respecting your clients. Do not join this gym. And some of the people are nice there and some people are miserable you can just tell. Sorry Rene.. Do better

CrossCourt is a total game-changer. I’ve always loved playing basketball, but with a busy work and travel schedule, committing to a weekly league just wasn’t realistic. Most open gyms are hit or miss—sometimes there aren’t enough players, other times it’s overcrowded or chaotic. CrossCourt solves all of that.

The sessions are well-organized, the referees keep the games running smoothly, and the reservation system makes everything predictable and efficient. I really enjoy coming in to play.

A few small things that could make the experience even better: early morning weekday sessions (6 AM runs would be amazing), having showers on-site, and more flexible scheduling for membership credits before the monthly renewal. But honestly, those are just suggestions for an already great setup.

Huge thanks to the team for building something like this—definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to hoop but wants something structured and reliable.

This place is a dreamland for hoopers! The facilities are top notch, they also provide recovery equipment (compression boots and percussion massagers). A neat and inviting community. They have several drills classes throughout the day and officiated games during the evening. Really loving this place. I’m not the most skilled player, and a little older, and was initially really intimidated to give this a shot. Over my first five months here, I’ve found the Crosscourt team and community to be really helpful, supportive, and very good at getting me to the next level. Awesome basketball gym with reserved time slots every day to play pickup, work out with a trainer, practice with a coach or even join a league and compete. OMG I haven't seen any recent reviews from this DTLA Crosscourt, but I took a Tour and did a SKILZ Workout Session and dang did it feel so Great!!! Coach Jamani was amazing during the entire workout session and I can't wait to start attending Crosscourt to Improve my Game this June 11th! Highly Recommend taking a Tour FIRST, then Getting a Membership or Ala Carte Credits for Booking 💯💪 (unfortunately I was so mesmerized by everything I didn't take photos 😭, BUT everything looks exactly the same as in the Photos).

Not a good experience. They billed me $10 for a tour that didn’t even go to and they got access to my banking information to charge me when I didn’t authorize any transactions with this company I never gave them my credit card info to charge me . I signed up for a tour of the facility through instagram. That morning they reached out to me to ask was I coming to the tour and told them no I wasn’t going to be able to make it . Then I get a email from cross court with a fee of $10 dollars . I reached back to ask what was I billed $10 dollars and they said it was not showing up for the tour . They never mentioned about any fees I have to pay for not showing up . Never heard of anything like that .

The concept looks good on paper, but the actual execution leaves much to be desired. It’s pitched as a basketball gym where you can find likeminded basketball playing individuals. Work on your skills, play pickup games, etc. That all sounds nice and good, but the hours and availability where you can actually be there to ball are too limiting. It seems that half the time Crosscourt gym is closed or full. The most difficult challenge was finding time to play according to the gym’s limited schedule. Plus its near downtown LA so freeway traffic can be an issue if you live far.

I highly recommend this place to hoop. Always kept very clean and well maintained. Great group of community. Fun and amazing friendly staff. Especially the manager brandon. I had some issues with my account and he took his time to make all the calls to sort out my account. Highly recommend.
