I’ve been attending a class for 3 weeks now and I love it! I’m learning the right way to exercise and many different ways also! I also signed up for 21 day challenge! Coach Drew is great and is very quick to answer questions about nutrition! I recommend trying CROSSFIT FAIRWAY PARK!

My favorite crossfit I've ever been to. I was new to crossfit 2 years ago, and this is my third gym because I move often for work. It's the "goldilocks" zone. You can progress as a beginner, modifying to intermediate, and push it all the way as a competitive expert. I enjoy the mix of levels that attend. The work outs are organized with intent using sugar wod app which I love. There is adequate warm ups and cool down options are posted. Workouts begin on time. Communication is fast and excellent with staff. Incorrect form is observed for, and corrected in real time. Correct form is verbally any physically demonstrated which is key to long term physical fitness. Community vibes are amazing and for extroverts and introverts alike. If I'm in the area I will join again! But I'm moving away :( Thank you Andrew and John!

I am writing this review to share my experience at this CrossFit gym. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed into a strong, supportive community that fosters growth. The coach is always there to push you beyond your limits while providing guidance to help you improve. There is a strong sense of community and development here. One is always pushed for the better to grow.

Coach Drew is awesome and effective at teaching proper technique. So glad there is a CrossFit in this part of town. Sweating plenty after the work out - love it! I cycle 3-4 hours a week, but just after two sessions, the increase in overall energy and strength is noticeable (also soreness, haha).

Just started CrossFit fairway park a few months ago, and happy to say it’s been a great experience thus far. All the coaches have been so personable and can help guide each person on their own fitness journeys (whatever level you’re at).
You don’t get this level of support, guidance, motivation, and encouragement at big box gyms. Oh and with the camaraderie you build with others, you become more motivated to accomplish your goals. From someone who has done CrossFit for years, this place is a winner.

At Fairway CrossFit in Hayward, I have been impressed by the individualized attention I receive during each class, thanks to Coach Andrew's commitment to ensuring we understand the movements. He is patient and creates a warm environment for all members. The coaches are enthusiastic about teaching and genuinely care about our progress, making the small gym feel like a community.

Did crossfit here in the summer of 2023. I didn’t enjoy the owner’s attitude and believed the gym was overpriced compared to other crossfit gyms in the area.
Other than that the gym is fine. Wasn’t a good fit for me. It may be for you.

It a great place, you get to meet different people and is full of positive attitude towards each other. The coach also provides tips for improving on your position and form during the workout making sure you are doing it properly. I have been coming for 2+ years and I have seen some major changes in my overall health and confidence.

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible experience I've had with my CrossFit class! First and foremost, Coach Drew is absolutely exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, creating a motivating environment that pushes me to keep going. The variety of workouts keeps things exciting, and I've seen fantastic results in my strength and fitness in my short time of being a member.
I'm a fairly new member, but they do not make you feel that way. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Such a supportive community.
In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this CrossFit class to anyone looking for a fitness experience. Joining this class has been one of the best decisions I've made, and I can't wait to continue my fitness journey here!

If you are looking for a gym that can meet you at whatever level you’re at then this is the gym for you. You never feel out of place and coach Andrew always gives each member guidance and options. Classes are never the same and always feel challenged. Highly recommend to anyone who is just starting!

CrossFit Fairway Park is a place you can feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level. The classes are small enough that you are able to receive individual attention during your workouts from the coach to ensure proper technique. I am 67 years old and starting a new fitness program, especially CrossFit, really scared me, but the coaches and fellow members encouragement was great. The training is tailored to my level and at a pace suitable to me. I would recommend CrossFit Fairway Park to anyone who wants to get stronger and more confident at any age, come on and try it I’m sure you’ll love it like I do!

The fact that I drive across the bridge in traffic hour says it all!! Hands down the best CrossFit gym I have been to so far. I love how intimate the classes are. The coaches are amazing and very knowledgeable; however, the community is truly something else! Coach Andrew also has a nutrition program which has helped me lose 22 pounds so far. I cannot express how much I appreciate and recommend this gym! My happy place!

I have been working out with CrossFit Fairway for 6 months now. Coach Drew has been amazing. He has helped me lose weight, gain strength and muscle. He also does private coaching and nutrition. If you like to see results and like small pressure free classes, I suggest you give CrossFit Fairway a chance, it's going to transform your life.

I had been working out on my own following random instagram videos but eventually felt like I was plateau-ing so I looked up different possible options from orange theory, finding a person trainer, etc. I met up and checked out a bunch of different places but here at this Crossfit specifically, I found the most comfort in the way the gym was run and the people that were in it so not only is it a good environment, but crossfit in general hit everything I was looking for in a workout, both cardio and weigh training and I have been coming here for a couple months and have felt an enormous difference in my body. I 100% recommend this specific location. Crossfit Fairway Park really cares about you and your goals in a way that is really special and hard to find. No judgement and so much love and encouragement. You will be met at the level you're the most comfortable with, so even if you're a complete beginner to working out, the coaches will help you adjust the class to fit where you're at.

CrossFit Fairway Park is a gym with a strong sense of community. It is led by Coach Andrew who challenges all members daily to better themselves, no matter what their experience or skill level is.
The atmosphere is inviting. Classes often have members of different ages and scaling skill levels. The camaraderie is fun and loving. You get a feel for the family vibes fairly quickly here.
Classes are M-F, 5a, 6a, 9a, 4p, 6p and 7p. Saturdays are 7a and 9a. Closed Sundays. The workouts vary, but generally start with a warmup, that leads into strength training and finishes with metabolic conditioning (a metcon).
Cleanliness is a 5/5. Members wipe down equipment between sessions. The coaches also do a routine wipe down daily and there is a cleaning service that visits.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a gym family. Your fitness journey doesn’t have to be a lonely one when you have like minded members of your community going here already cheering each other on to get stronger or finish that last rep.

Coach Drew has created a great space for the community :). Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and the workouts are always a great mix of cardio and strength. Coach always looks out for you on form & technique so you don't overextend yourself and get injured, but he (and everyone else!) always pushes you to W O R K! Highly recommend to everyone, whether you're just starting our your fitness journey or already well into it.

Wonderful gym. I highly recommend giving it a shot. I have been going for 3 months now and it truly is one of the best decisions that I have made. Everyone is really friendly and the coach is very nice and down to earth. The workouts are great and the coach always has options to scale things down for people that cant always do the same movements as everyone else.

I've been going to Crossfit fairway park for a little over 2 years now. I like that the gym is not focused around competitions, but most of all I love that the small gym atmosphere makes me feel like I have a second family. It's home away from home.

You get what you pay for at this CrossFit. Very small place, barely enough for 6 people to work out. If you're in a class with 10 or more people, be prepared to literally step on each other's toes. They advertise open gym times everyday at 8am, 5pm and 8pm for one hour. While that is good, if nobody showed up until 8:05pm, the owner shuts shop and leaves. Would be great if there's more accountability in that sense.
The main point why I chosec to give only 2 stars is because the coach seemed inconsiderate to people who sweat a lot during workouts citing that they smell. News flash, nobody sweats roses. This, in addition to the small studio of his, aggravates the issue.
Only few things that were good was there was a barbell related workout almost every day which I liked and looked forward to. The clientele is decent, the people are warm but most of them keep to themselves while working out.
