I'm almost four years into working out here regularly, and Jason and the crew have become a second family. Highly recommended for experienced and beginner athletes alike, not intimidating and Jason is very good at helping to scale the workouts to match ability or compensate for injuries or limited mobility etc. Can't say enough good things.

I’ve been a member for about two and a half years and really love this gym.

Jason’s programming and coaching is smart and, if you want…and sometimes if you don’t want, will really challenge you.

The gym is super welcoming and I’ve made a ton of friends there.

This was my regular gym for a few months during a temporary sojourn in LA. Fantastic coach and welcoming community - highly recommended.

I just started coming to this place and I really love it. Jason is really awesome and hands-on. So far, I’m impressed with the programming. Hard workouts, but not impossible to finish if you work hard at it. Everyone seems really great. I had been doing CrossFit for years and after my box closed, I never really found another one that felt like home. Feeling like this might be it.

Dropped in for a good WOD session, would highly recommend. It's not very big, but its a cozy gym. Has everything you need for a WOD and the small knit community was great!

Been coming for about 3 months now. I have only tried two other gyms and I can say that I'm more than happy with this one. Great people. Jason is an awesome coach/trainer. I was slightly averse to the idea of crossfit before joining this gym on account of the bro-ness of the cult. This place won me over

Having never done CrossFit before, and trying it out as a means of getting in shape and as a personal challenge, I can say wholeheartedly that this gym is utterly fantastic. Jason, the owner and coach is extremely knowledgable, and dedicated to giving each member individual attention during every class. If you get injured, he's there to carefully modify your movements, design special workouts, and generally advise you in how to get back to it. The members here are super cool, supportive, and not in the slightest bit cliquey. Couldn't recommend any more highly!

I love Crossfit Intellect--the workouts for the week fit together nicely, Jason (the coach) is great at helping you meet your goals and ensuring you have the correct form, is knowledgeable about progressions and other health tips, and the atmosphere (including the other members) is supportive and fun!
