When I first started, I had a little experience with Crossfit but the coaches had me do the introduction part. It was a good thing they did, otherwise i would have most likely injured myself. They have been able to work with the limitations I've acquired from my work and have been vigilant to ensure i can do as many movements correctly and safely. The staff has been great in working with my school and work schedule allowing me to get a work out in when I have the time. The atmosphere is great and the people there always try to get you to do your best. Will many of the workouts suck, at least you know you wont be suffering it alone.

One of the issues that does arise are the class times, since there is only morning and evening classes. If you only have time during the day, you may have an issue.

If you are new to Crossfit or have been doing it for a while, this location is a good place. Nicely tucked away so you can do your WODs in peace and no one can hear you scream.

Great place to get an amazing workout. Coaches are hands on making sure everyone has proper form. Going in for a workout everyday is like visiting family. Love this place and the people are amazing too. Thank you guys for everything.

This is such a fun group of people to workout with not only do we workout but we go out, play softball, run Ragnar races, and celebrate birthdays. Coaches are top notch in watching proper lifts/form and the owner is LEVEL 3 Trainer! Go as hard and fast as you want, this is not a place that pushes past your limit (inset the injuries that you hear about people getting in crossfit) but will push you as you get stronger and faster! Clean and friendly.

Been to multiple CrossFit gyms around the country and the owner Dale Macdonald and the trainers at CrossFit to the Core are some of the best I’ve encountered. All are very conscientious and the community at C2C is outstanding. I’m blessed to be a member!

Crossfit to the Core is a great gym and I really can't recommend it enough. Dale, Kiki, and all of the coaches know how to push you while meeting you at your level. This is an awesome place to work out whether you are in the best shape of your life or you are just trying to get back into a program.

Love my coaches and the overall environment at crossfit to the core. Can't ask for a better group of people to work out with. I like to consider them my family and it's great to see us grow and exceed challenges we never thought possible. Dale and Kiki and our other coaches do a great job pushing us yet making sure our form is correct on each movement. I know I don't like injuries as does anyone else so that's the best

Great culture, Dale and Kiki boost everyone's fitness level, whether 25-year old hard-body or older getting-in-shape like me! Scalable workouts truly get the most from each individual, e.g. jump 24" boxes or step onto 12". Not easy but not supposed to be! Great culture, members having fun, supportive, emphasis not just strength but flexibility and movement too, great encouragement and good intentions. - Bill Drewes, San Juan Capistrano

Completed a workout here while visiting So Cal. Their facility, the trainer, the workout and even their members were exactly what you'd expect from a professional / welcoming / successful CrossFit box. I'm certain to return.

Crossfit rocks! You get an intense and fun workout in just one hour and when your done you know you've done something worth while. I'm getting fit and loving every minute of it! I will never go back to the traditional corporate gym again. Crossfit has changed my life!

I love Crossfit to the Core!!! Its an awesome place to workout in and the environment is so friendly. The coaches are both very nice and help everyone in the gym, even if it means creating a modified workout for someone who is injured and cannot do the whole workout... We work out in groups, so everyone is supporting each other, and the gym promote living to your full potential. Every Saturday, we have a team workout, where everyone is split up into teams and compete in a workout...Overall, I love the fact that everyone supports each other, and cheers on others who haven't finished the workout yet.
