From the first day here I absolutely loved it. For the most part this gym is much, MUCH cleaner than most gyms in the area. It is a smaller gym so equipment might not be available during busy hours. (Early morning/5pm-close.) the best time to come here I would say is around 1 pm.

There are several free weights, machines and cardio equipment as well. There's also classes, and I believe a hydro massage? I don't use any of those amenities but I would imagine are nice to have (Free weight lifter only.)

The staff, for the most part is great as well. A lot of faces over the year but all have been helpful with whatever I needed.

I have very little to no complaints. If you're just looking for a good, dry and overall upbeat gym, this is your place.

This place is great, check it out.

Canceled my membership once, then I get a call 5 mins later that I need to go back in person to cancel and pay 60 more dollars then try to cancel again after I get a notification of another 25 taken out of my account a month later to pay the 60 and charged another 25 then think it’s all over down 130ish for one week trial I had but it’s over at least right and I make sure to ask if I’m all good. It’s a month later and I’m being charged again.

I would call this gym equal to or 1 step higher than planet fitness.

Poor quality equipment. And environment is aiite . No entertainment in the gym. Tvs never working . No cold water from the water dispenser. Always warm or hot water . Spoke to the owner and shared my concern and her reply was there are too many people in the gym and they use it thats why its never cold . Like are you serious.

Staff is amazing and very helpful, not the manager though. They kept charging me twice every month and on top of that they told me I needed to pay $100 to cancel my membership. I called 5 times, was physically there 3 different days and even emailed the manager twice to get this issue fixed just to get no response and then
get charged 150 for no reason. I had to cancel through my bank unfortunately, so be careful when applying here!

And to the owner and manager of this place if you want your money so bad you can come and pry it from my hands in court ❤️

I really tried to like this gym. The staff there are nice, however I had emailed once with interest in personal training, and did not hear back from anyone. When I wanted to cancel I was not able to go in person, and was told I can email the manager to cancel that way. Never receives a reply. When I went in they said it was too late to cancel since it was within 10 days of the billing period. All of the customer service numbers for crunch are out of service. NOT WORTH it. The gym it self doesn't have very many machines and overall would not recommend it.

This gym is crowded with no let up from 5-9PM. They desperately need another cable cross over machine. I was never able to work my triceps on two different nights. Terrible experience when we tried to register today, the receptionist insisted for my two 16 old boys not to get in until I get there myself and not with their uncle who is 35 years old. What frustrated us all and turned us back to leave and register with planet fitness instead is the fact that my boys two friends who are the same age of my sons and their classmates, age 16 and 12 only five minutes prior to my boys arrival there already registered and got in and started playing without having their parents with them. So this double standard was bad and led to us and 8 other friends to go to plant fitness ..

This location falsely charged me a year worth of Crunch membership after I cancelled the membership. Can't help but feel disappointed by how poorly this location is managed. To make matters worse there was no sincere apology for the year-long false charges nor was there any attempt from the management to address the issue and offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience that was caused. It frustrates me having to deal with discouraging service and poor management when the brand claims to be otherwise. I hope this message reaches whoever is in charge.

October 9 2020 was at crunch posted rule in the gum for covid 19. some member do not care I seen two members with no mask and they are to stay 6 ft away from you a member walk in to crunch to work out walked right up to me shoulder to shoulder. Gym staff is 10/5. So incredibly friendly and informative. After coming as a guest for a few weeks, I decided to take the plunge and add Crunch to my home gyms. Heard Ruby was teaching spin here now (she’s better than coffee!) so I purchased the highest plan to start with her tomorrow. Michael (front desk) has always been so kind and welcoming. Stephanie (and another girl, sorry I forgot her name) got me enrolled quickly today. They were in great spirits and encouraged me to try out different classes offered (see you at videography!) and gave me a ton of useful information and got me setup with my kickoff orientation tomorrow. Looking forward to having full access to Crunch and smash these goals.

When I just first came to look around I was greeted by the owner Monique and what a wonderful person she is! The owner giving a personal tour of facilities will be able to answer any and all questions and I felt like I found a little gym gem in the middle of the city! The price is so affordable too with deals and events every month, they really know how to market and advertise. But aside from that they really are a wonderful gym that stays open til midnight on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. Open early as 4am too! Hours are flexible enough for any one to fit in their schedules. I really enjoy coming t night because after a good work out I can walk out to the cool night air and feel so refreshed. It's located inside a shopping center with tons of parking right next to UPS and a neighborhood Walmart. Not only is the monthly fee as low as $10 but if you pay $15 more you can bring a friend with you for free anytime no questions asked so basically $12.50 per person which includes group classes hydromassage and tanning if you are into that. They even give you a crunch shirt! The annual fee right now is $40 which is due in 60 days of signing up for membership and a $10 processing fee I believe. Just make sure to cancel 3 months before the annual fee is due to avoid having to pay another annual fee if you plan to stop. Lastly all the employees are always cheerful even if a tad bit bored at the desk haha. Whenever I needed help like someone to spot me they would always be willing and some occasionally go around helping clean up and re-racking weights. It's the only gym other than 24 hour fitness that opens as late as midnight which is one of the main reason for signing up. Everything inside is pretty clean but the refillable water fountain is broken so I hope they x that soon. After signing up please do schedule a kick off! They have so many different exercise machines that you might not find in other gyms like a ladder climbing machine. It almost feels like a 24 hour fitness super sport gym without the pool. Even has lunging bags, wall ropes, tires, and so much you have to go in to look around :) it's really trying to have a community aspect to the gym so if you are a social person go and try to make a friend there! Everyone I've met so far is pretty nice! What are you waiting for? Just DO IT and go to the gym!

Still by far my favorite gym in town, they always have enrollment promotions and everyone is very friendly/ helpful. Front desk staff Michael is great and also the newbie Cesar! think 1000 times before going to Crunch. I will explain why: I gained weight due to thyroid cancer. I went to crunch and paid the gym tuition and paid $ 204.00 for every 6 personal trainer sessions. It was the first and second week, but I could go more because I had to do another cancer treatment. so since the crunch had all the data on my debit card, they drew $ 816.00 at once (I was no longer attending personal trainer classes). I called her, they returned me $ 600.00. two weeks later they withdraw my $ 408.00 debit card again. Never again will I sign up with this company nothing but a head ache to cancel my membership. I will not recommend this gym. Had to pay my 20$ for a month of a membership I did not get to use. Then the following month had to pay for a annual fee of 40$ yet still not using there gym just to cancel my membership basically had to pay 60$, rip off if you ask me! Called in to cancel my membership spoke to employee america she stated I had to come into the facility to cancel my membership so I mentioned to her that I can not due to my re location out of state. She provided me with an email to cancel with the general manager. I did email him in regards of my situation and did not receive any emails back. So called once again and got the same worker and she said he was not in that she will take down my information and have him call me back. Still did not receive and call backs. So called a third time and got the same employee and she placed me on hold and I finally spoke to Antonio the general manager he stated that I could update my account with my debit card because for some weird reason it was not on file keep in mind when I signed up I provided my account and routing number and also swiped my debit card. At the time of that call I was currently at work and didn’t have the debit card on me so he told me I could call back and update it with any employee and cancel my membership. So the next day comes I call back to update my payment card with employee america and she updates my payment card then she states she can not cancel my membership that there’s is no notes on file that I spoke to the manager which is very frustrating! Like are you telling me I’m lying about the situation? Why didn’t any of those calls have any notes of me calling isn’t that your job? Any calls I answer at work I make sure to put notes so we’re all on the same page! But for some reason they don’t follow that procedure but if they did maybe I wouldn’t be so upset! So next she updates it and states that she is going to call him and hopefully he answers that he would be the only one to authorize to cancel my membership when he clearly told me any employee can do it so then that call ended. Right after the call ended I see the charge of the 40$. So I call her back and tell her why do I see a charge for 40$ when you stated that you were going to call him and have him cancel it. So then all of the sudden she authorized to do it which makes no sense give me a head ache for nothing when she could have done it from the beginning ! So called back and tell her why did she charge my card and not cancel my membership so she said she was in the process of doing it. Why charge my card and not send me a copy of the cancellation so she gives me attitude because I wanted a copy and I stated I was going to wait on hold until she sent me the copy moral of the story it was nothing but a hassle!

Once this gym received a five star from me. Now I have to remove two stars for the uncooperative behavior of the staff. I was out of town and not using my membership, it was u frozen without my knowledge and I was charged both monthly fees and the annual. I hadn't even used the membership for six months and was still charged. I would not expect anyone at this place to take initiative for the clients satisfaction.

Each of the seven days on my visitors pass was nice. The staff was very attentive. They made me feel welcome, and they made me feel that I could be successful on my health journey. Mercedes was very friendly, helpful, and she called me by name every time I came in contact with her. For that reason, she is a great person to have at the front desk

I absolutely love this gym! All the classes are great with amazing instructors . It's always clean and the hours are good for any schedule .
