This location is closing 30 November and all current memberships are being transferred to the Jamacha location. I went to the competition last night to inquire on their offers, not anywhere near as good as what Crunch is offering. I will try the gym in the sketchy area of El Cajon before making a decision on continuing my membership or not.

The staff is too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge people coming in, and seldom greet anyone with a welcome smile. I have never been offered a tour or been offered a schedule of classes or list of trainers. While working out I was being heckled by some younger boys, who come to find out didn’t even have a membership and one was the brother of one of the staff. It was handled but ever since I’ve been treated very poorly.
I use to smile and say hi to anyone that would actually at me as I entered, but the only thing I would get back was a very dry “is there something I can help you with”. No smile, no welcome back (as I’ve been going for over a year and still get looked at as if they’d never seen me before), then back to patting each other on the backs for how good that look. One of the trainers, I learned, is always working out alone. I tried politely smiling at him and he gave me a very dirty look. I couldn’t believe he worked there😲 . I have never felt so uncomfortable anywhere !!! Honestly , I go in, look at no one , and when I leave I feel angry to have to pass the people standing around at the front desk.
Also crunch brand name is advertised as 24hr, this location closes at 6pm on weekends and pretty much whenever they feel like it during the week.

do not give them your credit card info. when you cancel or suspend your membership, they will not do it and continue to bill you and if your not in country, they will send it to collections.

I only go in the early morning because it gets so packed later in the day, as any gym. They have the machines and weights that I need to reach my goals. Friendly staff as well.

So.... they don’t have a sign posted saying the aerobics room closes at 10 pm. They didn’t let me use the aerobics room. The lady first said they cleaned the room that’s why I can’t use it, then they said they had vandalism in the aerobics room. Because of the unprofessional behavior I left a bad review. So... this girl is apparently off the clock and she’s conducting business harassing members. today rose makes it her goal to find me and start questioning me about my yelp review. This is retaliatory behavior. She goes out of her way to say they have video of me cursing then changes her story to the staff said I was cursing. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. I told her to get away from me because of all the bull and walked away. She starts going crazy saying I cursed and I was yelling. Wow. I will call corporate in the morning. This behavior is inexcusable.

Fairly new Crunch location. The staff is nice and they are polote and observant. Ensuring the machines are clean and safty rules are followed. I also like how they are willing to work with you on pricing, allowing you to go to other close by locations that have access to pools etc. Glad they opened one less than 5 minutes from my house.

I go to this Gym all the time my favorite person to see is Brandon because he is always so helpful and when I left my phone in the gym he go it and ran it out to me also he help sign my brother up for the gym so now I go with my best friend and my brother and all have memberships Brandon is great. The gym is a nice relaxing workout place

Okay. But most of the equipment is broken. They never repair anything. And when the other members in the gym get into arguments they let things spiral out of control. Convenient yet not worth going to. More like a version of goldsgym where it has worse equipment and less committed people. Some of the staff is good and that's about it. Definitely not at night. Very few people respect your personal space.

I love this 24 hour gym. It has what I need and nice staff. The bathrooms need to be cleaned a little more often but other than that it's always super clean in the gym area and I constantly see them cleaning it at night. Great place to work out.

I joined this gym in October and was told they were going to fix the AC. It's now February and it still isn't working. And they look at me ad if I'm crazy for complaining that it's 80 degrees in the gym.

One fan, so no air flow. No music, no sound for tv, no hand sanitizer. But membership is low. There is a play area for kids. The classes that happen while I'm there are full.

About on par with most gyms. Its has a reasonable membership cost. The place is fairly clean. Air flow is spotty. It lacks in setup, most of the equipment is not set up for sound with the tv's. Only three that I've found. If the CC function was turned on so I could read the tv's Id give another star. As it is bring an Ipod or your phone becuse the Tv's are useless.

Nice gym. I'm a 'transplant' from the one on the other side of town. The gym is nice, laid out well, clean, new equipment, etc. My only complaint is there are not enough fans. Only one great big ceiling fan over the treadmills, and nothing near the ellipticals and machines.

Awesome Gym!! Classes are great! Staff extremely helpful and the personal trainers starting with Ron, who is the Lead trainer are the best around. My trainer is Ame and she goes above and beyond to help me reach my goal. I can not say enough about this place. General manager and manager are always available to solve any issues should one arise.

Very poor customer service. No music. All the machines are cluttered very close together. Could not find a spray bottle to clean equipment after use. No clocks. The circuit area was not being used as a circuit area. This crunch just is not what i had imagined from seeing the others.
