Cryo Recovery Lounge offers an impressive range of services including Emsculpt, Instasculpting, IV therapy, and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. One of my favorite features is their Himalayan salt room; it feels like a mini beach escape paired with the relaxing benefits of red light and sauna therapy. Discovered this place while doing a search for treatments to boost my confidence and snatch my figure with minimal downtime… Place was super easy to locate and plenty of street parking was available. Definitely not a place that will overwhelm visitors, while remaining professional and “medical” with “zen like vibes”. Jaime did an amazing job from greeting me warmly and showing me around the beautifully decorated facility and remained with me throughout providing me with the state of the art treatments offered in the package I’d selected including: Hydrafacial- (the best thing ever if you need to look normal the next day)
Emsculpt- flipping life changer I’m already loving my results after only one treatment! Jaime is such a thoughtful provider of the services I received.
For anyone looking to recover or detox, debloat, enhance results from exercise or delay the aging process (even reverse it a bit), then this little gem is the place I’d highly recommend!

I have tried multiple to speak with someone and book an appt. With no such luck. Figured i would try one last time today. Took me from 9am until nearly 3pm just to get ahold of someone and their ridiculous automated text messaging system to tell me to book online. When its not even a listed option. After multiple calls finally got an answer telling me its not an option because they won't have a new chamber until next week.

Customer service severely lacks. Ill stick to CryoSpot.

I just got done with my second treatment. This place is professional and courteous. I feel lots of energy afterwards and aches and pains are definitely reduced afterwards. The more I go the better I feel. Reasonably priced at $40, I feel better than if I had a 60 minute massage. In and out in 10 minutes!
If you are busy and want a quick pick me up, give this a try, you won’t regret it!

I'm so happy I've found this gem in NB. It's leveling up in your wellness journey. Sara was my amazing instasculpter; I lost an inch of fat in one session. Sara was so knowledgeable with the science behind how it works and was very attentive to my comfort during my session. 10/10 would recommend, and I can't wait to try the other amenities.

UPDATE: Just had my first cryo sesh and it was such an unreal experience. Looking forward to seeing how my body responds to it in the coming hours.

This place is the best! I started coming here because I was interested in trying Cryotherapy, which I absolutely love. They also have an infrared sauna which I use after my Cryo sessions. I recently started using the body muscle contour machine that they have. I use it on my abdomen area and feel super sore after as if I got a killer workout. They offer a lot of other treatments also, which makes Cryo Recovery Lounge a one stop shop.

The owner and all of the employees are super kind and helpful which really helps the overall experience and I look forward to coming in.

Cryo Recovery Lounge is amazing! If you're anything like me, you work hard and play harder which means more often than not you are sore or injured. Cryo Recovery Lounge has everything you need to help you with your recovery needs. I've personally done Cryotherapy, NormaTec, and the Hyperbaric Chamber (it was amazing and I had the best nap of my life afterwards). The staff is amazing, very well informed on all of their services and the lounge has very calming vibe. I highly recommend Cryo Recovery Lounge for all your recovery needs.

Office is very clean and very professional. Keith got back to me very quickly about coming in for my service, as I was able to come in the same day I called, and explained all details of the process extremely thoroughly. I was nervous coming in for Body contouring but he calmed my anxiety and was patient with me through everything. The total session is 30 minutes and you can do 10 different levels. I thought it was going to hurt but it tickled me more than anything. Keith came in periodically through the session to check on me and made me feel cared for throughout my time there. They have great packages for both body muscle contouring and cryo therapy. This was a great way for me to burn some of those extra holiday calories without spending hours at the gym. I will definitely be returning!

My buddy is a personal trainer who admits he cheats sometimes for his abs, he referred me here and holy smokes. I was so skeptical, really didn’t expect much but he showed me he before and after so I gave it a shot. The experience couldn’t have been more opposite of my original opinion. I bought a package for instasculpt on my lower abdomen area, which has always been a problem area for me. The staff recommended to start with the 3 session package for my body type. I like that there were so honest and didn’t try to push or upsell me. I can’t believe I actually saw a difference after the first treatment. 😂

Overall the whole experience was beyond pleasant. Natalie did my treatment, she was very knowledgeable and suggested what was best for my body. They have a big tv with Netflix in the room, which helped pass the time.

They suggest drinking a lot of water and exercising after the treatments to help further the effects. I was able to notice a difference even after my treatments were all finished.

I highly suggest Cryo Recovery Lounge, and will definitely be returning! I can’t wait to try the Ab machine.

My Cryotherapy session at Cryo Recovery Lounge was extremely helpful and surprisingly fun. As a volleyball player, soreness and inflammation is something I have to deal with daily. However, after just one session I noticed a drastic relief in both my muscle and joint pain. Cryo Innovation’s XR machine works better and faster than any other machine that I’ve tried in the past. I would definitely recommend a session at the Cryo Recovery Lounge to other athletes who also suffer from irritating inflammation.

I Love it here!! I do Cryo and the sculpting regularly here. Alexis is the best, she knows what she’s talking about and is super sweet. I always had a problem with my arms (former gymnast) and after only two Ultrasonic cavitation (slim/sculpting) sessions, my arms were significantly smaller. I was amazed! Cryo therapy has really improved my mood and my workouts. Definitely check Cryo Recovery Lounge out!
