Excellent boxing gym for both beginners and experienced people. Not overpriced either, gym is kinda small and gets overcrowded quick however the trainers and staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable about boxing . If you want to shed weight or compete definitely check this place out

Parents and young men and ladies: Cudahy Boxing is an excellent organization that, besides teaching the fundamentals of boxing, gives youths an avenue to become respectful citizens. The kids gain self esteem, learn respect and the value of hard work. I have seen many positive friendships formed amongst the kids that work out together. I have seen husky kids become slender and agile, and become proud of their accomplishments. I have also seen a couple of kids who, without a doubt, will be future amateur boxing champions and possibly even more advanced. One of the more positive features of Cudahy Boxing is that no other boxing gym in the area can touch the budget friendliness, the reasonable cost, of attendance at the gym. It is not a for profit establishment like other boxing gyms. This one is non profit, but due to the quality of the instruction, it doesn't show.
