Culture Fitness has given me a fresh revitalization to my fitness journey. I have personally struggled with my physical fitness for years and tried several workout platforms, gyms, and studios (54D to F45). Then my friends introduced me to Culture Fitness in May '25. I immediately fell into a consistent routine and showed up week after week!! I am gradually seeing the different in my body strength and muscle tone.

I didn’t get the chance to try this gym because my initial inquiry—submitted through their website—was apparently enough for Lisa to decide I wasn’t a good fit. That’s totally her right, but it felt premature and dismissive, especially considering the gym offers more than just group classes—and ultimately, it’s still a business looking to grow?

My feedback: sometimes it’s worth picking up the phone or asking a few follow-up questions before making a judgment. A short web form doesn’t always reflect someone’s full intent—especially when they’re new and just trying to understand what’s offered. I’ll be the first to admit I don’t have a way with words, so if my inquiry came across the wrong way, I apologize.

Unfortunately, I didn’t make it past the gatekeeping phase, so I can’t speak to the actual gym experience—only to how inquiries are handled. And in my case, it left a disappointing first impression.

I've been working out with Mike for almost a year now, and I can't say enough great things about him. He is an expert at navigating injuries (I have a few), and has seamlessly incorporated a lot of physical therapy into our sessions, while still helping me get a lot stronger. As a 41-year old mom trying to fight gravity, he guides me easily with his knowledge and sense of humor. The gym itself is an awesome space, and while I have not tried a group class yet, I have been training in the space while they are ongoing, and they look like a ton of fun-maybe someday!

Don’t walk… run to culturef fitness! I began my health journey with culture fitness about 3 months ago. I have to say I am so impressed with all of the trainers. They’re all super helpful and make sure that your form is on point. Everyone is very encouraging and supportive. The group classes are challenging and fun. I have really noticed a difference in my body composition and am so excited to continue my health journey here.
Aside from the great classes I have also started doing personal training to help with my stability and balance with Mike. He has dramatically helped me, putting together a routine that helps in my equestrian sport. I am finally look forward to working out! Thank you Mike and the culture fitness team!

Culture Fitness is incredible!

I first heard about it from a coworker who shared her inspiring fitness journey, and I decided to give it a try. Walking into my first class, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I was immediately welcomed by everyone! The atmosphere is positive, supportive, and inclusive, no matter your fitness level. It truly feels like being part of a community.
I even got my daughter to join me, and it’s become something we enjoy doing together!

I’ve been attending Mike’s 5am weekday classes and the 7am session on Saturdays. He’s fantastic—always motivating and ready with helpful advice on nutrition, form, and modifications when needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about each person’s progress.

I love Culture Fitness! I randomly found them online when I decided I need a change. I'm about 6 weeks in and have really been enjoying the fitness classes. I like the structure of get in and get it done. No wated time. . . I'm a mom of 4 kids and always busy but can't take of them if I cant take care of me. The trainers are always supportive and right there to help, instruct, answer questions, and help modify if needed. I love that there are options to choose from 8 different class times, because life gets crazy and everyone has different schedules. My overall health is feeling fantastic in such a short period. The classes are never boring and I like that I feel like I hit my max effort every class and feel accomplished and sweaty. I also enjoy the community and 8 week challenge I'm in right now. We have done outside things as well like hiking which has allowed me to connect more with people also working on their health. The gym is the cleanest I've ever seen too! My experience with Mike Stauber goes back 10 years from another gym. I knew Mike but was not his direct client until he was our fearless leader for my one and done Spartan Race. He motivated a group of us, all at different levels, and led us into victory (well, we all finished the Spartan). From there I joined his Saturday group and met many wonderful friends along the way. Looking back I can see this is where his inspiration for Culture Fitness may have started. Meeting people where they are and providing a space where no one feels alone on their fitness journey. Mike is consistently reliable and is really supportive. I have seen his career grow and I am so happy for him and very grateful to be a part of it all.

When my mom roped me into this weight loss challenge with her and her coworkers I honestly had no idea what to expect at first. When she told me we were waking up at 4:30 every morning to go lift weights I thought she was absolutely nuts, but I wanted to support her in her pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. Now I’ve never really been one to exercise (I used to do soccer and martial arts a long time ago and maybe some walking/hiking) and I am definitely NOT a morning person, but this gym and especially the people there have kept me coming back. Mike is super helpful and encouraging whenever I get stuck or need help with a workout. He definitely keeps me honest, but not in a way that ever feels too pushy or belittling. The energy at Culture Fitness is very much just show up, do what you can, and try to become the best version of you! You’ll see all different ages and body types there and everyone is so supportive. It’s a great community to be part of and within only a month I feel stronger than ever. Can’t recommend this place enough :)

But after just a week with Mike Stauber at Culture Fitness, I knew I had found the right place. Since September 2024, I’ve been personal training and taking classes, and I couldn’t be happier. If you want to get an amazing workout with brand new equipment, caring and amazing trainers, and the best gym owner in the area, Culture Fitness is for you!

Since it has opened it has become a place with amazing trainers and amazing people to workout with! Being someone who loves to have a structured workout setup for me, Culture Fitness offers this at a range of different times which holds me accountable from saying “I couldn’t fit it into my schedule”. Additionally, culture fitness provides the luxury of brand new equipment and ample space to workout with even when the classes are full.

Culture fitness also offers an open gym on Saturday mornings, so if workout classes aren’t your thing, you can always go to their open gym hours, or sign up for one of their personal training sessions with one of their amazing trainers.

Being with Mike for the past 8 years, I cannot recommend this place enough and highly recommend you to try it out even if it’s only for one week!

I originally came to Mike Stauber, founder of Culture Fitness to make sure that I was working with weights appropriately as I didn’t want to hurt myself. I had planned to work with him for a just a few weeks to learn the basics to allow me to work out safely on my own. My motivation was to gain strength and confidence.
