Started recently at curative and felt very fast part of this beautiful family. This studio is heaven for who ever looks for a great yoga practice and spirituality. My favorite classes are the one with Naader. Will continue to practice there and highly recommend this studio, a true gem.

My daughter Olivia started in adult advanced yoga here at age 8 years old and Nadir welcomed her with open arms. He’s a wonderful person and an amazing instructor. He always took his time with my daughter and had patience when she asked questions. Now she is 17 and is on her way to becoming a yoga instructor just like he predicted! Namaste and much love to you my dear Nadir! ❤️

I've been practicing with Naader for 25 +/- years, from way back when he taught in a rec room in Mount Washington, Los Angeles. I discovered him again when working in Pasadena and saw a flyer advertising a free laughing class at Yoga Kingdom. That name rang a bell because Naader always talked about having a studio and naming it Yoga Kingdom. My husband and I started going to practice there and went for several years. My husband had a bad back and practicing curative yoga literally changed his life. He can sit through a movie now and even the way he gets in and out of bed has changed. He is eternally grateful for what he learned from Naader and continues to practice poses to keep his back pain free. Now that we're in our 50s, practicing has become almost necessary to just feel normal. I returned to practice with Naader at Curative Yoga Pasadena during the pandemic, so grateful for the virtual classes which made it easy for me to practice while working from home. Even though I have not practiced continuously with Naader for these past 25 years, I always come back because I know that what I will get is peace and well-being.

Curative Yoga is the most welcoming and uplifting yoga studio you will experience. If you are in the LA area it is worth the drive to attend in person but they have really perfected their virtual approach and provide amazing guidance with an individualized touch. This is a true community with a generosity of spirit that extends from the teachers all the way through to the students - new and old.
Curative Yoga is steeped in a beautiful practice of transformation that kindly and empathetically challenges you to reach new heights in your connection to self and others. In a time when we could all use a little more lightness of spirit, I promise you will leave each class with a calm and clear mind, healthier body, and larger heart.
This studio is perfect for beginners or longtime yoga practitioners looking for a holistic practice.

I was introduced to the Curative Yoga studio by my dear friend, Tara. I am smiling ear to ear as I type this. I have found so much more than a physical work out.
I have always been very athletic and enjoyed many different activities, such as running, tennis, squash, roller skating and Pilates, to name just a few. I have been consistent and pretty good at majority of these.
But the Curative Yoga studio is a place like no other for me. I have found a lot of friends here. I come regularly without even giving it a second thought, this is my place with my friends where I always feel so good.
I have been practicing here for almost four years now and my friends keep telling me they see more and more definition in my muscles, I still continue developing strength and flexibility. I am very inspired by the teachers and feel supported by them in other areas of my life outside of the studio. I am happy to report that many of my bad habits such as watching Netflix while enjoying endless snacks have just evaporated from my life. I sleep like I did as a kid. :)
The studio is a teaching one, so I observe my friends going through the training and being transformed. My two dear classmates, Jenny and Catherine now lead a meditation class on Sunday evenings and I have not missed their class in over a year. I go as I observe such a difference in my daily life.
Complete strangers often tell me that they love my smile. I am so grateful to Carolina and Naader for creating this place where no matter what is going on in life, I always leave smiling.

Curative yoga and the people at the studio is my second home and family! I have learned so much about life from my guru, Naader; Carolina, my friend; teachers: Liz, Alicia, Art, Antonella, John; and my other friends! There is so much to learn if we are open and humble enough to acknowledge that! The retreats are amazing and transformational! The workshops and classes are insightful! The studio is peaceful and I feel the presence of the masters.
One of the lessons that we learn is the value of perspective and how limited we can be - in how we view things. I just saw a negative review from a person that chose not to reveal themselves. My thought on that review is I am sorry that you chose to view the teachings in a negative and skewed way, instead of realizing that it is the teacher's wish to see their students succeed and therefore, is always willing to teach and correct. You can tell if a person is doing something with mal intent or not; and I have never felt that in any of the classes. For anyone that doubts my sincerity, come and experience it yourself. I invite you.
Where can you learn about what it takes to master yourself? Where can you learn to grow and have the capacity to observe yourself?
It has now been 5 years since I started my emotional and spiritual journey at this studio. It's not just about transforming physically. It is first about transforming inside; then the rest will follow.
Namaste,
Jenny

I first discovered Curative Yoga in January 2017 after a year long hiatus from Yoga as a result of surgery for a torn rotator cuff. I had been practicing yoga for several years prior to my surgery, but when it came time to get back on my matt, I wanted to find a yoga studio that was more than just another place to work up a sweat a few times a week. Fortunately, after trying several different types of yoga, at several different studios, I discovered master yoga teacher Naader Shagagi and Curative Yoga.
What I liked best about Curative Yoga and that first class with Naader was that it wasn’t just another workout. Instead, Naader and Curative Yoga gave me the opportunity to develop physical, emotional and spiritual balance. I enjoyed that first class so much, that the next day I purchased an annual pass and have been practicing yoga with Naader regularly at Curative Yoga ever since.
If you are looking for a new yoga studio, or are just getting started with yoga, I highly recommend you give Curative Yoga a try. Curative Yoga is more than just another corporate yoga studio. Curative Yoga and Naader are family.

It has been over 16 years since I've first taken classes from Nadder. His yoga classes that began up in Mt. Washington were and still are monumental in my well being regarding the severe asthma I HAD! I rarely have asthma attaches since my first few classes. If I do start wheezing I just do a 90 minute session of his original DVD and no more asthma! His teachings and how he would come by and move you into a better position was wonderful! I learned so much about my yoga poses I owe alot of my good health to him and his practice.
Thank you Nadder and your belief in yoga.
It has made my life better by far.
I may live in Arizona but your memories and how you care will always be with me.

I have been practicing yoga for 6 years with several different studios all over the area. All good in their own rite, but I always felt like something was missing. That was until I stumbled upon Yoga Kingdom one day. The first thing you see as you walk up the stairs is a sign which reads, "Welcome to your real home". Never could I have imagined in my wildest dreams just how true this would prove to be. Yoga Kingdom truly is a sanctuary, where yogis from all walks of life, can come to practice the ancient science of yoga & meditation.
