I hope that after this acquisition they improve the free gym area so it has its own weights and you don’t have to carry them around to where there is space to workout.
the free weight section doesn’t have any weights for PT, under 5lb and there aren’t enough benches for people to use the free weights. The open gym area it’s a mess and you have to walk somewhere else to get the large balance balls. Hoping to write and update after they clean it up!

My experience at this place is so amazing because of many aspects like when coming long enough you start to be part of the gym community and meet new amazing people which feels good because of the past of Covid-19 and not being social it’s good to come back from that and be social again and on top of that all the staff are nice and keep the place clean, another aspect that people should consider is that this fitness 19 has everything you need to build muscle or loose weight. Unlike other gyms in the area like blink the staff were really mean about getting a membership so I came to fitness 19 and when I did I was surprised of how nice the staff were to me so over the best experience and life decision I made.

Really enjoy this gym, big variety of workout machine, more variety than my school gym so i prefer coming here. Music always bumping to keep my workout going, they also have multiple tv’s on display showing sports events so you don’t miss out on your sports teams while working out. Staff is very friendly and resourceful when you need help, ready to assist. I came in not really knowing what workouts to do on leg day and trainer Raina provided a list of effective workouts and machines for my workout.
