Curves is a facility specially designed for women that features a complete 30-minute workout that is fun, fast, and safe. Curves has helped women around the world get healthier and stronger with our unique fitness solution. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group through a proven gym program of strength training, cardio and stretching. When you get stronger, increase your flexibility and work to prevent injury - you're setting the stage for a healthy, more active future. As a member, you can take as many classes as you'd like. Our gym classes range from low to high intensity, which means you can always find a program that works for you.

I have been at this Curves location for 11 months now. This is an amazing place! The staff and the owner Janice are wonderful! They are always so supportive and encouraging. I have lost weight, gained muscle and have an improved attitude to life and fitness. I love that is for women only.
The gym is always clean and there is always a coach there to help you with the fitness machines, so that you get maximum results and use the equpment correctly and safely.
I would highly recommend this place.

Update: This is my 4th month at Curves GG, and in the past 4onths I have lost weight, gained muscle, gained friendships, confidence and community!! Every coach, and the owner has been so supportive and motivating. I truly love my Curves gym. Forever so grateful

Friendly and encouraging staff. You can follow the classes or work at your own pace. No pressure. The program brings you in, but the staff and patrons keep you coming back. Very nice bunch of ladies.

I haven't workout for long time,and because of health reason I decided to join Curves.
30 mintues and 6days a week or less is good way to start a Healthy Meπ. Staff π and members are friendlyπ₯°
