This workout will alternate between strength training movements utilizing the Curves equipment and four different conditioning movements. There will be one movement from each of the class categories, Balance, Body Basics, Boxing, and Cardio to help increase your core strength, balance agility, and coordination. Repeating the same workout throughout the week will allow you to gain confidence and familiarity with the movements which help you work harder and see greater results.

Curves is absolutely the best workout place for women! There is always friendship, music, exercise videos, games, contests- just every kind of fun thing you can think if. Curves Merced is amazing! The staff is friendly and very supportive in teaching you how to correctly use the machines and how to correct your form. Coach Maria in Zumba will kick your butt with a workout all while encouraging to push harder.
The atmosphere at Curves is always welcoming. The ladies always make me laugh. After my workouts at Curves I feel happier, I have more energy, and I feel proud of doing something for myself.

Hi everyone to anyone who is looking for reviews about this place. I am new member to Curves. I have been here for almost 2 months; I have lose more than 7 pounds. All coaches are very great, Informative, honest, welcoming, & Joyful. They all push and make you work hard on their own style; I must say this 'get ready' to lose/gain weight or to be strong and energetic. This place is awesome. I am glad to tell everyone around me that I made a good decision joining Curves as my workout place. The good about this place is that there are coaches available for you to do workout properly and they offer classes like HIIT & Zumba. The 30 minutes workout and an hour classes they offer will kick your buttocks lol. From you they want are dedication, determination, consistency, & discipline to do your workout, follow your diet rightly, & drink right amount of water every day. I am telling you based on my experience that you will see result if you do them. Exercise has its benefits and don't stop yourself to make a right decision to join this place. Prioritize you first and make a healthy choice. I am telling you that you won't regret later because I don't regret mine. I have more good things to say about this place but I don't want to write essay or book about it haha. In conclusion, I love this place and I love doing exercise here.

I started Curves mid January and feel it is the best thing I've ever done for myself. The circuit is challenging strength training and the mats are fun for cardio and balance. At 62, I was looking at more knee surgery. Now I'm a believer in strengthening muscles around problem areas. Plus the trainers are the best, they really watch me to ensure I do things right and not hurt myself. I have injured myself at other gyms by doing machines incorrectly...I tend to go all out on cardio. I needed more strength training. I can't thank them enough: Nika, Brandi, Itsela, Kris, Tara, and Lainie are gems! I love my work out buddies too! You owe it to yourself to give it a try!

I have been working out at Curves since about 2002. I love the fact that it is only a 30 minute workout. Being at Curves has kept my A1C level down by avoiding any medication. The staff there are wonderful and they do a great job of keeping you motivated. All and all Curves is a must for me.

Next month it will be 10 years I have been going to curves and I love it. The coaches are so friendly and helpful. It’s only 30 minutes out of you day but we’ll worth it. I’ve been consistent in my workout especially since the addition of myzone, also great results over the years, lost 50lbs and have keep off. Curves does a great job at keeping up with new workouts, technology (like Evolt body scan) & is a great community! One last thing, if we don’t take care of our wellness, we’ll be forced to take care of an illness, self care is so important. Best part -30 minutes -sure a great workout!!!!!

I love going to a women’s gym. I feel so comfortable and love the camaraderie. It’s great seeing ladies of all ages taking only 30 minutes to get fit and have fun! The trainers are well trained and make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. Overall fantastic place to workout!

Curves has been a great exercise program for me. I have been attending the facility in Merced since 2007. It continues to meet my needs and it’s fun to see women from their 20s to the 90s enjoying the programs. The coaches are a great help. stop by and see if this facility works for you to exercise. For starters, it “got me off my couch!” After only a week of using the Curve’s circuit, I had more energy, stamina and felt good about myself and love walking in to workout!
Since joining Curve’s, I was able to bring my total cholesterol from 219 to 170 and triglycerides from 555 to 195 in four months time!! I’ve also lost 22 lbs and loving life!! My husband sees a huge difference in how I feel and look!

I've had nothing but positive experiences from Merced Curves. Everyone here including participants who workout at Curves, are friendly and personable. I've had many meaningful conversations with members of the staff; they've helped provide clarity in different areas of my health. I am treated well and with respect. I enjoy working out with all the ladies that come in. Before you know it, your 30-min workout is complete. Zumba classes are also available. I like that I can come in on a Saturday morning, if I'm not able to make it during a weekday. I highly recommend Curves. Go ahead, and give it a chance.

I'm so happy I went to Curves, feeling sooo much better after only 2 appointmens!
