Curves has helped women around the world get healthier and stronger with our unique fitness solution. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group through a proven gym program of strength training, cardio and stretching. When you get stronger increase your flexibility and work to prevent injury - you're setting the stage for a healthy, more active future. As a member, you can take as many classes as you'd like. Our gym classes range from low to high intensity, which means you can always find a program that works for you.

This is a wonderful bunch of women to be surrounded by! The strength training is simple and effective. They are always having some sort of fundraiser or charity event to help local services as well as raising money for various disease fundraisers. It's open early so I can get my workout done and be on with my day. :)

A wonderfully supportive community! I never imagined going to the gym could be so easy and effortless but Curves provides such an intuitive work out and motivating environment that it's always a pleasure to come. By having coaches and regular classes for members to attend, you're never at a loss of what to do or if you're improving - they are always there to push you further or just offer up some support if you're lacking drive. Every month they have a week dedicated to talking to members about their goals and how Curves can support you in meeting them. The workouts are optimized for all different types of levels so no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you'll find a challenge! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a positive community to build their strength and endurance.
