Curves is a facility specially designed for women that features a complete 30-minute workout that is fun, fast, and safe. Curves has helped women around the world get healthier and stronger with our unique fitness solution. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group through a proven gym program of strength training, cardio and stretching. When you get stronger, increase your flexibility and work to prevent injury - you're setting the stage for a healthy, more active future. As a member, you can take as many classes as you'd like. Our gym classes range from low to high intensity, which means you can always find a program that works for you.

I started at Curves because at 69 years old, and having broken my pelvis twice in 3 years, I knew I had to build my strength. I’ve quickly built my strength and my body feels at least 10 years younger. The routine is quick and efficient. I’m done in under 30 minutes!

I’m also taking the specialty class called Strenghthening Your Pelvic Floor. It’s so good! I feel like I’m much less apt to fall and if I did fall, I could handle it. I highly recommend Curves.

A 30 minute circuit training workout designed for all fitness levels, so whether you are a marathon runner, like Cathy Brown the club owner, or a mom with not enough time or a senior just trying to keep moving, Curves is for you. The hydrolytic machines build muscle and burn calories while the metabolic conditioning stations help you recover between stations...or you can step it up and get your dance moves on or kick box your way around the circuit. The music is up beat and makes you want to move! The club offers classes for various fitness levels and Zumba too. There is an optional Smart Key that tracks your effort on the circuit, so you can see your results and monthly coaching that includes motivation, goal setting and results tracking, so you can see your where you started (weight, measurements, BMI) and see your successes week to week for Curves Complete members or month to month for premium members.
