A very friendly and welcoming place. I was skeptical that such a quick workout would have an impact, but I am definitely feeling it. I like the wide array of hydraulic machines that hit all of my muscles.

Wonderfully supportive club for women of all ages. Equipment is cleaned daily and maintained well. Hydraulic based machines so you determine force based on your effort. 2 restrooms available and several cubbies for personal items. Towels available and water provided on an honor system. Though I was a younger member, all the ladies were very kind and supportive. Even if you have missed a couple weeks they always welcome you back. For a little extra you can participate in a very upbeat Zumba class or Yoga. Others are offered too, but I remember those as the more popular. There are free support groups you can join that range from meal/food discussions, similar interests (crafts, book clubs), or just socializing - and there are daily games and puzzles to figure out as you exercise. If you solve or win, you are entered into a weekly drawing for a prize!!
*The owner, Aftab, was willing to work with me after I lost my job to make sure I still had the ability to work out. Her professionalism and kindness show not just in her actions and words, but in the people she employs! Never a bad moment here!!!
