Custom Fit specializes in providing an individualized approach to fitness and health. We have a team of personal trainers, nutritionists, dietitians, and other wellness specialties. We train out of a by-appointment-only gym in San Francisco specifically designed for personal training, and we can measure, track, and analyze your biometrics using our DEXA scanner to accurately quantify results.

The gym as a whole meh and left me wanting more but there was one thing...or person...that kept me coming back...

James Cho was INCREDIBLE to work with. He was thoughtful in his approach and very professional throughout our time working together, both of which are high on my priority with working with a trainer or coach of any kind.

I had three goals coming in: 1) Get comfortable strength training again, 2) improve mobility, 3) increase lean muscle mass. He helped with all three. I'm down 17 pounds, I'm sprinting again largely due to improved mobility, my energy has improved tremendously, and according to Oura I've turned back the clock on my cardiovascular capacity by three years. While I can't exclusively attribute this to my work with James, his training has played a meaningful role. I would work with him again and highly highly high recommend.

I was checking out different gyms in the area, and landed on Custom Fit because of their amazing staff. There are many great personal trainers here, but wanted to highlight James Cho specifically — he’s extremely knowledgeable and crafts custom workout routines for your body type/goals. A big differentiator with James is that he puts a heavy emphasis on creating plans that are sustainable. l’m generally not one to recommend folks, but after working with him for a few months, I intro’d him to a handful of friends who have also signed on as clients after trying out a few sessions with him. Can’t recommend him enough!

I’ve been training with James Coca for over a year, and it’s been a great experience. He designs workouts based on my goals and adjusts them to accommodate my bad back and plantar fasciitis. When I travel, he provides a workout plan to keep me on track. He’s consistent, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thanks to his training, I’ve been able to start playing basketball again.

Custom Fit’s facilities are always clean and well-organized. The equipment is in good condition, and the space is well-maintained. I also use the Custom Fit recovery room, which has been a great addition to my routine.

I visited for a session with Carl to address a knee injury from cycling. While I appreciate approaches to healing, the session felt unfocused. Carl spent most of the time working on areas unrelated to my knee, and when I asked for clarification, he explained that my elbow was connected to my knee and required attention. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t directly addressed. Unfortunately, this approach didn’t feel effective for me, and I wouldn’t return.

I understand I am not an easy client since I've had multiple (6x!) knee surgeries and my trainer, James Cho, is hyperaware of how to modify, push, and sustain mobility across the board. He geeks out on exercise science (I love it; I studied it in undergrad so he keeps me honest!) and is unlike any trainer I have had given he is proving he really gets the human body and movement patterns. He is also mindful to correct my form and proactively setting me up for success if work/personal travel takes me away from the gym floor with virtual workout programming.

Wesley Woo is an amazing trainer. His tips and corrections on form really helped me get to heavier weights faster and safely, which was my goal. Great facilities and excellent trainers. I started coming to Custom Fit after tearing two discs in my lower back over two years ago. I began with solo training sessions for a year before my fiance starting joining me for partner sessions. The training regiments are “custom fit” to your needs, so in my two years there we have focused on core strength and lower back mobility while also getting in a full body workout. My current trainer Charles has been a true inspiration and i highly recommend him to anyone who thinks they lack the inner strength to overcome any physical adversity life has thrown at you.

I’ve recently signed up for personal training at CF and was paired with Stefan. I’ve been working out on my own for quite a while and tried most classes under the sun (Barry’s, Rumble, CrossFit, Equinox, other personal training gyms…). I can confidently say even after a few weeks that working with Stefan has been the most fun, enjoyable and effective training I’ve experienced so far.

Not only is he super knowledgable on the technical component of building a strong and healthy body, he helped me breakthrough my mental barriers by helping me set small goals, stay consistent, and push through my perceived limitation and comfort zones.

I’ve been progressing on strength and mobility much faster than I expected all the while loving the process. It’s an incredible feeling to be able to get stronger and I’m motivated to keep the rest of my fitness goals on track. I highly recommend checking outCF and set up a time with Stefan. James Coca at CustomFit has been my trainer for the past year, and it's been life-changing! I'm a pretty sedentary person my nature, and combined with a busy work schedule and a young child, I haven't been able to really exercise consistently...ever?

So I was pretty skeptical how much of a difference personal training could make (I've done it before elsewhere and just felt bad the whole time - too exhausted from tough workouts and judged by the trainer for being flabby)...but James is soooo different. He's got incredibly welcoming energy, and is so good at ramping up to a pace that feels achievable, yet also pushes your limits. I immediately saw results without feeling beat up at the end of a workout.

James also always shares with me the science and physiology behind what we're doing. He's helped me understand and recognize what muscle groups are working for each exercise, and that has made me infinitely more aware of my own body. We started with weight training because it actually burns more fat than pure cardio. And it was incredible to pretty quickly be able to lift my school-age son like it was nothing!

Whenever I felt like I was plateauing because it was so hard to make time for exercise, James would brainstorm with me different approaches of incorporating activity with my schedule. By creating micro-goals that felt achievable, I'm now someone who is working out in some capacity - swimming, running, dance classes, etc - several times a week (and actually look forward to it!).

I can't recommend James and CustomFit enough - working with him there has transformed not just my body, but my whole attitude towards physicality!

Overall, Custom Fit is an amazing studio with world-class staff in every aspect of their business. Custom Fit has exceeded all of my expectations and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking to start or continue their health journey.

I will specifically highlight Tarah, Jonathan, Nia and Evan below but before I do, I want to highlight how much Custom Fit offers. I love that they have showers (with Aesop products!) as well as a recovery room with Cold Plunge & Infrared Sauna, DEXA/VO2 Max, Bloodwork, Nutrition, Personal Training, Amazing Gyms and more! They truly have everything one could want.

I found Custom Fit initially when looking for a place to do a DEXA scan in April 2023. I had wonderful experience with Evan who walked me through my scan without judgement and provided me with all the information I needed to understand the scan in its entirety.

Following my DEXA scan - and per Evan's suggestion - I signed up to work with a nutritionist, Tarah. Tarah has been a critical part of my health journey and I am so thankful for her tips and motivation over the last 6 months. Working with her, I have successfully lost 20lbs+ and feel stronger, healthier and more confident than I ever have in my life. More importantly, she has changed my relationship to food and has even gotten me into cooking! I am so thankful for her and again, feel lucky to have access to Tarah as well as DEXA/other resources all at one studio.

Lastly, this review would not be complete without highlighting my personal trainer, Jonathan. I have struggled to find gyms/fitness classes that I have stuck to and have been self-conscious about getting back to the gym after gaining weight/not prioritizing enough time to fitness throughout the pandemic. I was matched with Jonathan and from day one have felt comfortable and supported by him. I love the workouts he programs and can feel myself getting stronger every week. He challenges me every session and I always leave feeling accomplished and with a smile on my face after all his funny stories - a great distraction during the tough workouts he plans. I look forward to coming into the gym each time we meet and highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a tough but empathetic and motivating trainer.

I just started with Custom Fit last week. Two sessions in and I am hooked. I have not been to a gym or had a personal trainer in 20+ years, so I was very nervous about it considering that I am fairly unfit. I’ve partnered up with Anthony Dandrea as my trainer and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The facilities are great. It’s not crowded and everyone in the gym is just doing their thing, so my fears of people watching me are totally unfounded. In two sessions, Anthony took the time to get to know me, hear about my goals, and then he met me where I am currently at with fitness. I know he will push me, but he delivers it in such an encouraging and positive way, it honestly feels like I just have a friend cheering me on from the sidelines. As a personal trainer who has been in and out of so many gyms for the entirety of my 15x years as a trainer.. I feel at home here hosting my clients sessions and my own workouts.

I have seen my clients get great results from working out at Custom Fit. Rehab clients, sports clients, elder clients, weight loss, etc. The space sells itself. Come check it out and see for yourself.

Of note.. I am not an employee of Custom Fit, rather, I am a private trainer who pays to host my sessions out of the 3x different studios Custom Fit has. I love the locations and how easy it is for my clients to gain access to the studios with their own entry code numbers. The showers are really clean and there is also towel service!

I have had a *phenomenal* experience at Custom Fit. My trainer Chris Finlez is perfectly matched to me both in my training needs and personality. Just an excellent, flexible, highly skilled trainer and on top of that has physical therapy experience which has come in handy for my lower back issues and shoulder problems. He also adjusts my training based on my fitness habits outside of the gym, keeping a close eye on my hips and knees as I am an active walker/runner.

On top of all of this, the DEXA scan was unbelievably insightful, showing my imbalances, my bone density, and my weak points based on my age. Cannot express enough how great this place is if you are a data nerd like myself.

The gym in Hayes Valley is very cool, open, not crowded, clean and focused on strength and flexibility. This isn't the place to just come and jump on a cardio machine - its a holistic experience with racks, sleds, ropes, stability balls, lots of weight machines, foam rollers, and a dope ice plunge bath and sauna. Love Custom Fit!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience training at Custom Fit SF with Lu Green. I have worked out with personal trainers before, but this experience blows the past experiences out of the water. Lu is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to help address problems with movement, muscle imbalances and overall helped me learn so much about fitness and injury prevention. He is always listening and observing and works diligently to make sure you are getting the most out of the training sessions.
The gym is also amazing, clean and private - with tons of equipment, showers and anything else you would need. Would’ve totally stayed signed up if I was still living in the city. You can not go wrong giving Custom Fit SF your business.

Where do I begin? I’ve never had a personal trainer before that I’ve liked until now, and he’s the best one ever. Brandon got me to care about my health, my body, my fitness, my goals, and my life. I went to Custom Fit for DEXA scans to get a baseline and track my progress throughout the year. I found my dietician through them (Tarah Valenti) and it's been the most incredible experience and the BEST investment I've made in years. I'm down 30lbs this year, my energy has increased, my relationship with food has completely changed, and I feel better than I did pre-pandemic. Working with Tarah has been so easy; I just track my meals in the app and she can see the full picture of my nutrition and where I might need to make small changes. She gives great feedback, shares delicious recipes, and keeps me accountable every week. However, because Custom Fit is used for individuals and trainers, and is well-spaced and equipped for individualized work, there are none of those downsides. I had a great run of personal training at Custom Fit- from a very thorough intake process and interview, starter meal plan and nutrition recommendations, and my training sessions themselves, I felt very well taken care of.

My initial trainer I was paired with left the studio after my first couple months, which worked out in my favor as I was then set up with Omar, who is an excellent trainer- patient, knowledgeable and a very detailed technician. Being new to personal training, I didn’t know that’s what I needed, but he has set a high standard in every way. I stopped training because my schedule got too busy to keep up with it, but I will definitely go back.

The facilities are excellent- well maintained, clean and functional, and rarely crowded when I was training. I am very excited to hear they will be opening an additional location. The new space is even closer to my place.

Over the last four months, I’ve been working with Tarah (nutrition) and Brandon (training) and have had an amazing experience with both of them!

I came to Tarah wanting to learn more about nutrition, to see if there was a way to eat healthy without sacrificing taste, to support my fitness goals, and to have consistent energy throughout the day instead of sugar crashing constantly. She designed a program for me based on my lifestyle and tastes, taught me how to focus on my macros instead of obsessing over a calorie limit, supplied me with delicious, healthy recipes, and helped me see that I could eat healthy in a way that was sustainable to me. Now, I have a new mindfulness about what I’m putting in my body, consistent energy throughout the day, recipes that I love (discovered the magic of lentils and chickpeas!), and most importantly a healthy relationship with food.

I’ve also been working with Brandon twice a week since January. Brandon is the perfect blend of tough and encouraging. Our workouts are really fun — he brings a lot of creativity and is always mixing it up and incorporating new exercises — and he is always watching me and making adjustments to ensure I’m not at risk of injury. My physical (and mental!) strength, mobility, and endurance have all increased since working with Brandon, and I truly feel like he is setting me up with healthy habits/workouts for life.

Amazingly, I’ve lost 7 lbs since January, in a way that feels healthy, sustainable, and without ever feeling like I was hungry. I’m SO grateful to Tarah and Brandon for giving me the tools, knowledge, encouragement, and accountability to get my health on track and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same.

We started training at CustomFit in December 2021 and completed our 20th session with our excellent trainer, Ross, this week. We could not be more pleased with our experience at this gym and with Ross.

THE GYM: We really like this gym because the equipment is in excellent condition, kept clean at all times, and booked by appointment so never too crowded. There are small towels for client use, changing facilities, and areas to stretch, warm up, etc. The owner Evan matched us with our trainer, Ross Dempsey, following a detailed client intake evaluation over the phone. We agreed that a 2-person training sessions format (me+partner) would be appropriate for us.

THE TRAINER: We really like training with Ross for many reasons. 1) He takes the time to explain the proper movement of each exercise we are doing. He makes sure we keep proper form so that we don't injure ourselves and to get the most out of each set that we do. 2) He pays attention to our health conditions (eg lower back issues) and has tailored a training regimen based on our fitness goals. 3) He somehow is able to keep us to task with our workout while also being friendly and makes each training session a welcoming and positive experience. At this point, it is hard to imagine training with anyone else.

After 20 sessions, we've noticed that we have gotten a lot stronger, are able wear a belt one notch tighter, and after 4 years of chronic lower back pain, about 90% of the pain has gone, including after 4 mile jogs. It feels like a miracle after trying to rest, acupuncture, sports massage, etc. Thanks CustomFit and Ross Dempsey!

I started training at Custom Fit after breaking my foot this year and they helped get the strength back in my ankle and leg and regain confidence in bearing weight on it again. I've been training with Ross and he's phenomenal - he watches my form like a hawk, regularly helps me correct it to ensure I don't injure myself, pushes me the right amount but we have so much fun with it, it's honestly the best part of my day. This place is a small gym mainly for one on one sessions or small groups, but it never feels overbooked or crowded (important in any gym but especially during a pandemic!) or like my trainer and I can't get access to the equipment needed. It's neat and clean and well equipped, and the trainers are friendly even if I'm not their client. I do a weekly resistance body scan in the facilities that gives me a better view into my progress than just weight tracking. There's no locker rooms or much room for personal items outside of some small cubbies, but I've been going home to shower after so it's not been any trouble for me.

First of all I love Evan! He is the owner of this wonderful gym. He is super nice and easy to talk to, like talking to a friend you've known for years. I go here for the Open Gym. It's so peaceful not like a commercial gym and super clean! I also love the equipments! they are all up to date and my favorite is the squat racks!. I feel home when I workout here. It's very private, so I really get in the zone, I don't have to worry about someone staring at me while i'm working out. There is also something about the location I really like. It has been such a pleasure to work with Evan at Custom Fit! First of all the facility is gorgeous, and very well-equipped. I love the clean, modern, and alive vibes of the space, with lots of plants, and earthy design accents like bamboo floors and astroturf. Makes working out more pleasant for me when I’m doing it in a beautiful (and spotless!) space.

Evan is also incredibly professional and really knows his stuff in terms of how to address each individual’s body differently. Custom Fit is a perfect name since I really feel like he customizes an exercise plan unique to me. I work with Tarah Venn, who is an incredibly thoughtful and adept nutritionist and has already helped me make more progress in the 2 months I've been working with her than I made in the last 2 years on my own. She promotes long-term habits as opposed to "quick tips" to reach goals quickly. If you're interested in getting some help to reach your dietary goals, I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Personal Training:
I work with Kendra Africa, who has been a perfect match for me in terms of personal training. She's customized all of my workouts to optimize strengthening muscles where I've long had weaknesses. I also have dealt with multiple knee injuries and Kendra has been so helpful finding ways to prevent future injuries. She clearly has a vested interest in my success and that's really awesome.

I’ve worked with personal trainer Charles Armstrong for over 3 years now and it has been one of the best decisions I've made about my personal health and well-being.

His great skills in personal training honed with years of experience and education make for great workout sessions. Charles pushes me to constantly challenge myself and I have definitely seen results in my physical (and mental!) health.

A trainer and client have to be a good fit. One of the main reasons Charles and work well together is that I trust him. He is an all-around great person to be around. He is always positive, personable and reliable.

I've gone from never working out (before I worked with Charles) to now working out 2 to 3 times a week with him. I can be very unmotivated to work-out, but he constantly changes-up my routine so that I don't get bored and stay motivated. He constantly watches my form and reminds me of any corrections I need to make.

I train at Custom Fit with Katie Kroshka and I absolutely love it. Even when she's pushing me, muscles burning, lungs yelling at me and I feel like I can't do another more rep, I'm still having a blast. And with a smile from Katie and encouragement I'm able to finish the set. She literally lights up like a Christmas tree when she's proud and you've done well. She takes pride in her work and truly loves what she does. I think there needs to be a good balance between serious focus and having fun. Katie has found this balance and shares it with me and I can't thank her enough. Her knowledge is deep and sometimes, I don't even notice we've had a session until the next day. She makes it easy and challenging at the same time. Wizardry.

The gym itself is clean, comfortable, and has all the tools we need for whatever we're focusing on that day. The other trainers are respectful and kind and you don't even notice anyone else in the building. Everyone is focused on what they're doing and I like that. I'm a fan of privacy, especially when it comes to self improvement. So feeling comfortable in this professional space is a determining factor in me coming back to Custom Fit time and time again. I have been training with Evan since 2015 at another studio prior to Custom Fit. When Evan opened Custom Fit, I followed him. Why? As a plus size woman, being comfortable with my trainer is important to me. Evan is non-judgemental, easy-going and keeps me motivated by making each training session unique so it is never dull. He is challenging but never to the point where I feel discourage and overwhelmed. I often joke with him and tell him "I am playing ball with the big boys now" bring it on! because he makes me feel like I am capable of doing anything and that is very important because it keeps me going!! I train now once a week with Evan and twice with Allen-another extraordinary motivator! I was reluctant to train with Allen because I was so use to training with Evan three times a week but Allen has completely won me over! Allen's dedication to my success has helped me stay focus. Lots of fun equipment to mix up workouts (sled, battle ropes, kettlebells, etc.) and for recovery (massage guns, foam rollers, etc.). The vibe is friendly and unpretentious and even at peak hours the gym is never over-crowded. I've been working out with Milad for 6 months now, and the results have been fantastic. I started working out with Milad to get ready for my wedding, but I was so happy with my results that I kept going for another two months. Milad is a great trainer with a ton of experience, but he also makes the workouts fun and tailors them to your specific needs. No two sessions are ever the same, which keeps things interesting. If you're in pain or uncomfortable, Milad knows exactly the right stretch or modification to help. I could not recommend a better trainer!

Additionally, Custom Fit is a great gym. The facilities are clean and spacious, and the equipment is state of the art. Everyone here is friendly and focused on their own goals which makes this a comfortable and supportive environment to sweat in.

I do really enjoy working out at this gym. Even when it is busy with people working on their fitness, it is never crowded and never feel judged. They have personal training and nutrition advice that you can get, so it is one of the best ways for me to address some of the gaps in my knowledge. More than anything, having someone help you with accountability is huge.

I'v been training with Milad at Custom Fit for 8 months. If you have a goal and you take nutrition seriously you can get amazing results. I was able to lose 2 pounds a week when I had a weight loss goal. Now I have a strength goal and am gaining 2.5 lbs of muscle a month. I trained with Milad who is awesome :) He is extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and mobility ,and he uses evidence based practices to help his clients achieve their goals. I was about a year out from rotator cuff surgery, and Milad customized our sessions to ensure that I got the results I wanted without re-injuring myself.

Space is very well kept up, AC so its never to hot and very clean. I have now long considered this a must when looking over a budget, I would do yourself and your body the favor of trying it out.

I’ve had a great experience at Custom Fit. I’m an older guy, hadn’t worked out in several years, and was hesitant to go to a typical gym. Then I heard about Custom Fit. Evan, the owner, matched me with a talented trainer, Dennis, who knows a ton about diet, exercise and physiology in general. Dennis eased me into a routine, always being sensitive of my limits and injuries. (I hurt my lower back running a 10k a few months back.) To make a long story short, over the course of six months, I’ve lost 25 pounds and three pants sizes. My mood and self-confidence have soared. And it’s all thanks to Custom Fit.

I've now been working out with Scott once a week for the past several months (previous trainer Summer moved away – I've been working out at Custom Fit for over a year). Scott is awesome to train with, and I wake up on Monday mornings pumped to start my week with a fun, challenging, exhausting but energizing workout. Every single workout is different and new, but for me they always includes cardio, strength training, core workouts (killer), balance, and boxing (my favorite!! - Scott trained as a boxer for years so he's ridic and even though he's clearly going easy on me, it doesn't *feel* like he is, haha).

The new thing I've noticed, too, is that trying new routines with Scott makes me want to keep it up and try things at my regular gym the rest of the week. The other trainers and clients are awesome at coordinating space with each other, it never feels crowded, is always bright and sunny, and clients are all ages and shapes and fitness levels which I absolutely love because the gym feels inclusive but everyone is motivated and training hard. If I could budget to start every morning working out with Scott at Custom Fit, I totally would!

I decided to go into Custom Fit on a whim about 3-4 months prior to my wedding. I wanted to get into shape before the big day and knew I needed help doing it. From the get-go, Evan took the time to understand my goals and assess the shape I was in. He is professional and articulate which makes it easy to understand the various routines sets out for you.

I was assigned to Scott as my trainer in the beginning; however, due to my schedule with work Evan moved me over to Keith after a few sessions. Both Scott and Keith were great! Energetic and encouraging. Keith took the time to get to know me and clearly outlined the various exercises each and every session. He also kept it ever-changing, working different muscle groups while maintaining a focus on my core as that is what I wanted to see changed for my wedding.

My husband said I looked amazing and I felt great! I attribute Custom Fit to this and the amazing operation they have. It's a beautiful, clean gym with a variety of equipment. I highly recommend! Only thing to note, keep in mind it's a tad expensive--but most personal trainers are.

I don't think of myself as a person who would join a gym but at 67 I wanted to get in shape and trade-in some fat for muscle. I wanted to change my diet as well. You can find all of these services at Custom Fit. In just a short amount of time I have lost about 25lbs. and I always walk out of the place feeling stronger and having more energy then when I walked in. Scott is also working with me to strengthen muscle around some old injuries so I won't need surgery and it's working. Scott is a great personal trainer who listen to my needs and customizes routines which I can work on both at the studio and at home. All of the trainer seem to support one another so the customer feels both the personal touch and a team support to each person they work with.

I found this place while Googling local nutritionists and decided to give Marissa and Brooke a try. I really enjoyed working with both of them, and I even decided to try personal training to be as healthy as I can. I got great recipes to cook at home and workouts to do as well. I've never been to a gym like this one, I actually didn't even know they existed before. I usually walk by on my way to work and noticed how cool it looked so after checking out the website I decided to give personal training a try. I initially met with Evan for the first session and decided to give a two trainers a try, one each per week. This is great for me as they both are very knowledgable and I have more scheduling flexibility (I travel to the south a lot). It's been a few months now and I'm making great progresses for a 60 yr old and doing things I never though possible. I'm now even considering meeting with their nutritionist to help with my diet. Would recommend 100% for anyone looking to improve their fitness in a professional atmosphere.

Evan assessed my posture and movement and designed stretching and strengthening exercise program to address my goals and challenges. Let me start off by telling you how NICE this studio is. Beautiful, bright, airy, clean, sleek, simple, welcoming, and fully-equipped. I've been lifting weights, taking classes, and playing sports (including high-level and very competitive) for much of my life, and Custom Fit stands out and stands apart from the many, many places I've exercised. It's a place that makes you want to work hard and do a few extra reps, just because it's such a great environment.

From the moment you walk in the door, Evan and Marissa and their staff are friendly, genuine, low-key, extremely knowledgable, and highly professional. Don't let the laid back demeanor fool you, though; These are people who are serious in their quest to provide the full, personalized health experience for the widest possible range of people. Whether you're training for something specific, or re-evaluating your exercise routine, or just needing a little help, or changing your whole life around, this is the place.

It is immediately evident that the trainers are extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition (especially Marissa, what a gem), and general healthy lifestyle choices. They work together with each client (and with each other) to create a personalized, informative, understandable, and achievable set of goals, and then commit themselves to helping each person achieve them. I can't say enough good about the stuff here. They're the best I've found, hands down.

I also love that the studio is really clean (the complete opposite of those grungy training studios and gyms that are supposed to be "authentic," but are actually just gross). Floors, ceilings, and everything in between is state of the art, functions perfectly, and is extremely well-maintained. The bathroom and shower are excellent. The equipment includes some things you're probably familiar with, and some things you probably aren't; the trainers here are experts in using it all in creative ways to help each person make the most of their training experience.

Lastly, just some little things that especially stand out: they'll wash your gym clothes for you! No more sweaty clothes sitting in your car while you're at work all day. So underrated, and a great perk. Also, great music on a real stereo system! None of the standard box-gym garbage played on tinny little speakers. As you can tell, I'm a big fan of SF's newest (and by far nicest) personal training studio. It's the total package, and more. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!
