I called but couldn’t reach them. The APP doesn’t work for a while. Even on the CycleBar website, there is no site of Temecula now!!! So I went t there yesterday, and find there is no one there. Looks like they are disappearing. Who can tell me what happened? How to settle the unused classes?

I have been trying to cancel my membership for three months and I have sent emails and made phone calls left voicemails, I even reached the receptionist who promised me they would cancel it as soon as the manager would come in… You guessed it right I got charged again this month and they never cancelled it. This has been the most frustrating experience of all time. They never answer the phone and the customer service is nonexistent. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK OR ANSWER MY EMAILS??? Trying to contact them now via reviews since it affects them maybe they’ll finally get back to me. This is absolutely ridiculous.

It has been a nightmare dealing with a contract Cancellation. I have email the supervisor, with no response. I have called several times, they never answer. The application doesn't allow you to do it. I believe this a very dishonest business.

I attended classes at Temecula CycleBar. After class even with wearing the earplugs provided I was having issues with ringing of ears which got worse with every class. I notified front desk and was told instructors can put music as loud as they want. You can't even speak to the person next to you. The decibels are way over safety standard. I tried the class some more with other earplugs to no avail. I emailed the general manager that I couldn't continue. Now I am being charged $124 dollars for the second month and I did not even attend one month. I asked to see the contract and all my requests, calls, emails are ignored by Temecula CycleBar yet CycleBar's collection department keeps contacting me and they say they cannot provide me with the contract that I have to contact Temecula CycleBar. I have tried to contact Katie the manager many many times. Beware before you sign up.

I never been one to stick to an exercise routine but CycleBar changed that for me. I enjoy going to class and it’s because of the instructors. They’re there to motive and pump you up.

I’m grateful I was invited to a class, and haven’t left since. I enjoy all of the instructors and their playlists. There is so much joy and inclusion there, you can’t help but have fun when you ride. I told myself I was gonna ride a few times a month, and now I’m there multiple times a week. If you think you can’t ride, you’re wrong! Come try it out, do your best, and show up for you!

UPDATE: NOW I GOT A CALL FROM COLLECTION AGENCY ABOUT THIS.... WHAT PART OF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP DONT EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN DO YOU GUYS NOT COMPREHEND
Currently in a credit dispute... the owner was present and did nothing to fix the issue.. an employee gave me incorrect info.. I thought I was buying a holiday bundle of classes to be used like credits... ends up I have been charged monthly
Currently waiting for resolution. IF it happens I'll change this review. Right now the only issue with this place is the business side. I haven't taken a class since the holidays.. they should take responsibility for their employees words. Or hire people older and more focused on the products being sold and explain correctly 🙄

I joined for a trial period they offered (paid for). I informed them that I had knee surgery and was not able to attend. I never attended a class and now I am placed on collection. So disappointing. Please be aware of their offers. So frustrating!!!!!

AMAZING!!! Seriously would give them 10 stars if I could!! We started a bachelorette party here and I can’t recommend them enough!! Ana the manager was so kind and communicative & when we showed up the studio was decorated out!! Ballon’s, signs, writing on our locker. Ashley, took pictures and was wonderful. And Miranda gave a KILLER workout!!!!

I transferred to this studio about 6 months ago from another location and I feel like I’ve been a part of CycleBar Temecula since day 1. Love coming to this studio - from the amazing, inspiring instructors to the forever encouraging and supportive staff. Challenging classes but worth it every time!

I must say, I’ve been a member almost four months, and it’s the best decision I’ve made! I always look forward to coming to class; they are always high energy, positive and a great workout! But my favorite part is the notes that the instructors write on the lockers. They love to celebrate milestones and victories which makes it extra exciting to achieve them. I LOVE CBT

Terrible! You sign a contract that they never present or tell you about. The whole time you think you're signing consent to draft funds. I had a fraud on my card and had to get a new one. Now they sent it to collections for $500. With no signed contract in hand and nobody informed me of a contract, find another dummy. Stay away!

I feel that this will help someone else who reads this plus help me move on I had an experience here that should’ve never taken place. It’s not a safe place to work out there was a person who had plans to hurt me and I feel it’s ok to speak out about it and allow myself to heal. Im a human being that deserves respect not to be treated badly or lied to physically or emotionally. Im worth it but there are people who who made me feel unwelcome unworthy etc plus no one gets to emotionally abuse me. It’s toxic and selfish and I will overcome this experience

I was a member at this place before Covid 19. When the new owners took over they decided to start charging all the previous members cards on file again without notification or verification of canceled memberships. when my card was auto charged I Imediately called cycle bar to find out why and they said they would reverse the charges because there was a glitch in their system from the old owners having cards on file being on hold. I was then charged again the next month with no reversal and could not get a manager to call me back after calling multiple times meaning 7+. I just got the runaround from their staff members specifically Taylor saying that the manager will call back and will be reversing all charges. I then took it upon myself to dispute the charges through my credit card company and notified cycle bar that I did so only to find out that they disputed the charges back and re-charged me again! I would never become a member here again I would never recommend anyone because they can't be trusted and I really think they need to evaluate their management and customer service skills!

Love this studio!! First time back spinning after 2 years. The front desk girls were very helpful and patient. Kyra was awesome super challenging and inspiring. I needed to get the back in the groove and this did the trick! I’m definitely hooked again.

I joined there when I moved out to California in 2019.... I bought sessions. My husband had to relocate for work. Needless to say I was only there a short time and they refused to give me my money back. Not only that but the manager was extremely unprofessional and very rude. The instructors were great! Management was horrible to deal with. Did not care about my situation. So they refused to refund me my money back. HORRIBLE and I was extremely upset and disappointed 😞

My husband and I, both in our mid 60’s, never made an effort to get fit until we retired. When both our doctors said we need a cardio exercise and recommended cycling, we decided to try Cyclebar. It’s hard work but we are getting better and feeling better, and proud of ourselves that we can do it! The 45 minute session goes by quickly as you become absorbed in the beat of the music and the instructor’s constant directions and encouragement. Thank you, staff at Cyclebar, for making us feel welcome at all times.

Fun and friendly team of people running classes. Classes are between 45 mins / 1 hour long. High energy and competitive. Unique cycling experience from your standard spin class at a gym which is reflected in monthly price. Great motivator once you get into it and good fun! Would recommend to anyone who enjoys spin class and seeking a fun, different and high energy workout with good team support. Different class times to accommodate those early risers too.

I've never taken a cycle class and this place had me curious for the past few months. I finally was back in the area last week and had no reason not to check it out. Let me just say that the ENTIRE staff is so welcoming! Kelsey had greeted me my initial walk in and she greeted me with the biggest smile and welcome! She showed me around the facility and said she had a class at 930 and I could stay and try it out. Well, I stayed; and even went back the next morning! Im hooked! Not even a week in and I love this place and everyone I've met so far! Thanks so much Cyclebar for being so welcoming.
