Dennis is awesome! I was in a huge fitness rut a few months ago, no motivation to work out or eat healthy, and knew I needed help to make a change and lose weight. I am so glad that I found Dennis. He thinks about fitness in a holistic and customized way for each client. It’s not just about working out during each session. It’s guidance on nutrition, a full exercise plan, and regular check ins on progress. I have lost weight but more importantly I am feeling so much better and stronger. I searched for a personal trainer to fit my personality for 3 months. Dennis isn't the trainer to instruct you to run on a treadmill or do a set of curls while he sits on his phone. He takes your health/fitness very serious. Dennis was with me every step of the way, correcting my form and giving me that extra push.He will develop a MacroDiet for you and perform weekly weigh-ins to tweak it to better fit your body type. I was blown away with his attention to detail.

I sustained a knee injury while hiking and was unable to attend sessions. Even then Dennis would still follow up with me to see how my progression was going with physical therapy.

If you're looking for a trainer to give you special attention and genuinely care about your health/fitness success, then look no further!

I trained with Dennis a few years ago when I first started my fitness journey, and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, and I learned so much from him. Dennis pushed me when I was ready to give up and always encouraged me to be better. Every session was challenging but fun, and he made the process enjoyable. He even made me a diet plan that didn’t make me cry. 10/10 would sweat (and laugh) with him again. Highly recommend!

Dennis is a great Trainer and the gym is perfect for personal training and or group training. Being a bodybuilder Dennis knows what needs to be focused on and pushes you to reach your goals. I trained with Dennis when I lived in the city a few years ago. His passion in fitness really motivated me at that time. He is very good at getting you on spot for your goal. He gave me a workable diet plan(means not crazy that losing interest in your life) and a good workout plan. I was able to lower my body fat from around 20% to 15% at that time in 3 months.
Glad to see the studio got upgraded, nice and shine!

Dennis is a fantastic trainer in every way I could hope for: knowledgable, attentive, polite, personable, encouraging, motivational. He remembers the nuances of my body, my injuries, and my goals. I'm sure he has quite a few clients but has such attention to detail I feel like I'm his only one!

Background: I was stuck at the same weight for about a year and cardio + cutting food just wasn't working. Part of this was because I had injured myself from running and swimming and was afraid to push things for risk of re-injury. 6 weeks after signing up with Dennis, I've lost 10 pounds and feel healthier, stronger, and more confident. Moreover, the strength training is actually enabling me to do more cardio without injury.

How? Dennis is a consummate professional. He will push you exactly the amount your body is ready for in every session. He'll watch your form with every rep so that you don't injure yourself. You'll be just the right amount of sore the next day, but not the painful and immobilizing kind. Your body will become well-rounded and strong with every week. He'll understand your injuries and help you cautiously strengthen where you need it most so you can go back to doing what you love.

And eating. He will keep you accountable to your calories, macros, and weigh ins. You will feel like you're on a journey with someone, not just on a frustrating battle with the scale on your own. You'll develop great habits that can last, and trust that these habits will payoff over time -- the results speak for themselves.

I've always disliked gym time in the past but always leave my sessions with Dennis feeling awesome and more motivated.
