My son is now 13, and has been attending group training classes since just a couple of weeks after the grand opening of this facility. We are extremely pleased with everything about our experience over the last year. Everything is top notch, from the facility and equipment, to the training programs, to the management and coaching staff. My son absolutely loves coming here, and usually attends 4 or 5 classes per week (sometimes even twice in the same day). The training has made him so much stronger and more athletic, and he's well on his way to becoming an elite athlete. This place has taught him to take his workouts seriously, and to appreciate all of the little things it takes to get faster and stronger and to mentally grow. He ends each session with high fives and hugs from the coaches, and has forged a really special bond with each and every one of them. If you have a young athlete and you're looking for a program/facility to help take them to the next level, look no further!

I’ve been taking the Adult classes for a few months and I love it. Highly recommend. They train you like an athlete and the sweat, burn and pump I get is amazing. All the coaches are knowledgeable, fun and motivating. Staff is great and facility is always very clean.

Management is killer here! They believe in all their athletes. Anyone can show up, but if the athletes feel 100% supported, they see the dreams that trainers and management know in them, too. Love this organization for my daughter!!

My children have been going to D1 for almost the year and I can say that not only do my kids really enjoy going everyday, but the coaches really push them and my kids are very fit for the sports they do, so to have this for them, I couldn't be happier. Thank you D1 for everything you guys have done for my children.

I should have listened to some of the other reviews that are having the same issues. Duped with the hard sell on "personal training" for over $2500 when the group training (the better option imho) is only a few hundred per month. My son was only able to attend ONE group training because of some trauma and mental issues he has had to endure (not just minor bad days) making it impossible for him to attend trainings. (He has a medical diagnosis) The training facility refused any sort of refund after paying over $1400 of the fee up front. They basically just chalked it up to we're keeping your money and your lucky we don't continue charging you. ZERO customer support or understanding. Trying to get a copy of my SIGNED contract to take this thing to court (it's the principal at this point) Kind of bummed because I was hoping for a more reasonable ownership as I am big fan of Tim Tebow (Brand ambassador) I will forward this to the corporate level as well and post an update when there is some sort of resolution. Buyer beware of the local facility (Temecula)

Good place to get your athlete stronger.

Had some issues with the account terms and conditions but the owner called and was able to help me out and explain the miscommunication.

As a newer company it appears things are continuing to improve as time goes on.

Just be sure to give 30 days notice before you plan to stop going 😉.

Team training is definitely a recommendation for both the players and the team coaches. Great way to learn new routines and condition the players.

It's about time Temecula got a training facility like this! It's so cool this is at the mall where I can run errands, go out to eat, etc. The team is very experienced and definitely know what they're doing. Keep up the work D1 Training!

From being a coach, to a history of sports this place is 100% legit. I’ve yet witnessed such experienced trainers, coaches, and professional athletes with a positive attitude toward the work than here. We will be coming for years to come, especially for youth training.

Terrible experience and customer service. Was charged $600 for memberships for our family of 4 and we never even stepped foot in their gym or set up any kind of membership (They had my card on file from months ago before they even opened to get on their priority list for when the gym did open - we were told we could schedule a day and time to come and check the place out and go over membership options. Nope....just charged $600 right out of the gate). After they realized their mistake, I was refunded and promised by the manager and owner that my card would be taken off of auto pay and this wouldn't happen again - the owner, Mike, offered our family a free week as an apology, which I appreciated and was looking forward to using this month to come check out the facility.

Checked my bank statement today and we were just charged another $400. I called to find out what was going on and the young lady working the front desk (Alaysia) was very rude. She said there wasn't anybody there to help and no phone number I could call to get this resolved. She then went on to tell me that the reason I was charged another $400 was my fault and that I needed to call in to cancel the membership for not only myself, but also my kids (#1 I already did this when my original $600 was refunded - I cancelled our entire family which is why we got the refund for.....THE ENTIRE FAMILY and #2 and more importantly, we never had memberships in the first place....literally have never been there other than to try to get my original refund from a manager).

I really wanted to give this place a shot and seemed like a good idea to get some training for my kids but they are making it impossible. I have now been charged $1,000 with no memberships and not taking a single class there....and somehow being told it is my fault.....

My son is 7 years old. He plays soccer. He comes here every weekday. He really enjoys it. The coaches are great and the programs include what I was looking for.

This isn't how you use a bike. Also spoke to the owner and paid for two classes and had I known any of these methods I would have not showed up to the first class. Tim Tebow scammed us lol. 5 stars for great marketing! 0 stars for ownership integrity and customer service. Thank you D1 for the experience!
