D1 is a great place to work on your fitness goals. I was looking for something that would help me gain strength and improve my endurance- this has been the perfect place for that. The gym has a positive and encouraging vibe with people of all fitness levels working out at the same time. The trainers are experts. feel appropriately challenged and also safe-I know I won’t be pushed beyond my limits. Great care is taken to ensure no one gets hurt. The workouts are varied and fun. I can speak to the 1-1 training as well as group training-both have been stellar. Kristen in particular is a rock star, super knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Not that the workouts are easy-they’re definitely not! I really can’t say enough good things about D1. If you have a choice between D1 and a traditional gym, pick D1.

Signed my son up for the rookie level group setting for the summer. My son really enjoyed coming to train everyday. He looked forward to training. I have noticed the change. His speed and strength has improved. His mobility and athleticism is much improved. Trainers are great! I love the way they keep it fun for the kids. Highly recommend!

This is THE gym in Torrance! It’s made for all ages and focuses on skill and technique for athletes. Coach Kristen and GM Cliff are the BEST! They maintain their equipment, and deliver a workout for each individual with great thought and attention, even during groups.

My daughter has had several sessions with her one on one trainer Coach Man and has improved her game on the field tremendously with speed agility and endurance !! highly recommend D1 training for any parent that wants their kid to step it up a notch in there game !! And our to be active . The staff are really kind and attentive ! Cliff is amazing we had our consultation with him and he meets you where you are and he makes it happen !! D1 is amazing. The adult classes focus on hitting multiple muscle groups throughout the week in order to strengthen the whole body. I have been going since they opened in May and I have lost 18 lbs and 6% BFM
