We've been bringing our 6 year son here for a year and have loved every second of it. There are many positives to this gym that keep us coming back. The flexible schedule between MMA and Ju Jitsu and the ability to drop in to any class is huge. We come when we want and this is so helpful for a busy family with an ever-changing schedule. Another positive is that there is a gym where both myself and my husband can work out while watching practice. There's also a Kids Club for our 10 month old baby for a reasonable $7 drop in. There's also a brewery restaurant attached if we choose to have a beer and watch a game while our son practices. We brought our son because we wanted him to get some solid conditioning, learn to focus and respond better to coaching and discipline. He's gotten all that and more -- the coaches are very talented and great role models for the kids. The front desk staff and operations are all very welcoming -- the place starts to feel like a family after awhile!

Dan Henderson’s Athletic Fitness Center has been a lifesaver for me. Without the classes I have been taking for years now from professional athletes/trainers, my physical body would be in trouble. I found classes that are perfect for my age (60), and they are at the perfect level of intensity for my ability. That’s because our trainer, Ashley, knows her clients abilities. She meets us where we are, and through consistency, she builds us up from there. If you’re looking for a gym that completely focuses on true training and fitness then I highly recommend Dan Henderson’s Athletic Fitness Center!

I’m beyond frustrated with Dan Henderson gym despite canceling my membership and my kids not attending they continue to with draw my hard earned money from my account after knowing my kids no longer go there taking my money without my consent
When I reached out to resolve this issue ,I was met with with dismissiveness and zero accountability.Its unacceptable for a business to handle memberships this way specially when people are trying to do the right thing and communicate clearly
I expected professionalism from a gym with such high profile name attached to it,but instead I feel taken advantage of.If your considering joining be very cautious they love to steal people money even if they stop attending.

I've been with DHAFC since it opened and even before it was Team Quest off of Date Street in Temecula.DHAFC has top tier coaches .Terac muay thai , Gustavo Boxing,Ashley Yoder has an excellent cardio program. Also Jiu-jitsu is amazing 👏..i would never leave this place

Our son has been going here for a few months now, we switched from another local Jiu jitsu gym, and this is amazing. They do more than just jiu jitsu and you can go more days a week than just the traditional 2 days/wk at most sport places. Also parents can get a gym membership here for just a little extra per month and do their workout while kids are doing their training. And last but not least they have a kids club. We love it here, highly recommend.

Beat gym ever.I ate 4x4 the next day I did my class and burned it all of.jiu-jitsu is super intense like if your late you have do 60 jump sprawls.hope your not late.or else you'll end up like me doing it a lot of the time.hope that doesn't happen to you

They are shady when it comes to their memberships. I told the manager that I wanted a month-to-month membership that I could cancel at any time. I ended up paying extra for this membership when compared to the year-long plan, and I ended up not liking it because I got injured while attending one of the Muay Thai classes. This happened about two weeks into my membership, and I called to cancel it that day. I spoke to someone named Spencer and he directly told me that my membership was frozen and that I would no longer be charged without my consent. Despite this confirmation, I was still charged for another month. When I called the manager about this issue, she basically told me to screw off. I finally ended up canceling my membership, but I still lost $150 for nothing. Yes, I will admit it is my fault for not requesting an official letter of cancellation. But when an employee tells me that I will no longer be charged, I would like to believe it.

I have trained and fought under this gym for 10 years. They gave me the tools I needed to make it to the UFC, they have an amazing striking program with Gustavo and Terac, to high-level striking coaches. As well as high-level Jiu-Jitsu coaches Joe and Anthony. Not to mention the man himself Dan Henderson. If you were serious about making a career out of MMA and live in the area this is the place you have to train it. MMA can be very intimidating for a parent bringing their child for the first time. When my child and I went into Dan Hendersons gym we were both a bit nervous, excited, and overwhelmed. Kylie, who takes care of the front desk, and I am sure a lot more, was amazing, helpful, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. From day one this place was beyond my expectations. They really have a family-first atmosphere, and lead with care and education. The coaches Gustavo and Trevor are well versed in their style of fighting and have instilled a profound sense of confidence in my child, and all of this in a month. Nathan is amazing as well and helped us out big time! If Dan Henderson is anything like his employees, I cannot wait to meet him. My son will be joining soon as well as myself and I am excited for this new journey for my little family. If you are considering joining do not hesitate, I am sure that you will not regret it.

My son has been going to the kids classes here for about 2 months and the gym family has welcomed us in with open arms. The facility is great and the staff is amazing. My son does BJJ and Team Quest wrestling. We have come to love all the coaches. They are all committed to the kids and teaching them the skill. Both his BJJ coach and wrestling coach are patient and kind and really work with the kids, including working through emotions and problems. They are excellent mentors. World class coaching at a world class gym!

I have been interested in the gym sense day one but the prices are very high any way you guys can work with in my budget last time it was 70 a month and 800 a year now its thousand a year hundred a month. I was a member at UFC they charged me 400 for the year do you guys do specials during xmas just looking to do classes I'm a nanny not a drug dealer 😉.😛

My husband has been going here for many years. I have been taking advantage of their fitness classes on and off for the last 4 years or so...always get a great workout in. The group class instructors are super knowledgeable and friendly. My little boy is just starting the kids class and he is having fun too. All around a great gym for MMA and overall fitness, and for the kiddos. They have childcare which is the only way possible for busy moms and Dads to get gym time in. My kids have a great time in the childcare too.

I love this gym! We first joined Team Quest for my son to practice Jiu Jitsu and it has since become a regular and important part of my family's life. Along with an awesome kids' program, there are classes for my husband and me to take, and training with world-class coaches has been an incredible experience. The staff are very friendly and everyone makes you feel like part of the team when you come here. It is very community driven unlike many large gym chains. DHAFC is without a doubt the premier fitness center in Riverside County. Their new state of the art facility has everything ANYONE would need. On any given day, you will see young boys and girls at wrestling or maybe training with their jiu jitsu class, alongside many UFC legends as they spar and roll around preparing for their upcoming fights. There are also regular parents and even senior citizens that come in to workout an get fit... this gym is for everybody. Their coaches and trainers are world class.
