Mikayla is the most energetic and positive dance cardio trainer I've ever had! I have been attending her classes for over five years now, and she never fails to give each and every class her all with a glowing smile. She encourages camaraderie among everyone who comes to class, regardless of how new you are to her dance community. I always leave her class feeling my most confident self!

If you’re looking for a fun, full-body workout that leaves you more energized after you leave, Dance Cardio with Mikayla is that and more. Mikayla walks you through a fun dance routine while mixing in focus time on upper body, lower body, and abs. The time flies by because I’m having so much fun. What makes her class truly special is her ability to cultivate a sense of community among the people who attend. Every who shows up are there to support the other members without judgment. The energy of the space nourishes my body and soul. Highly recommend.

I am so happy to have found my favorite workout place with the best instructor. Mikayla’s class is not just any dance cardio class, it’s a supportive community where everyone cheers each other on. From your first class, to your 25th class, to your 50th class, your birthday celebration, and holiday celebrations, Mikayla truly makes everyone feel welcomed. Her energy radiates on the dance floor. I feel empowered, strong, and healthy when I take Mikayla’s class. Not only is Mikayla a great instructor, but she is an amazing and a caring person. I can’t wait to be back on the dance floor with the dancing divas and the dancing queen herself!

Mikayla is such a wonderful dance workout teacher! She is full of energy, positivity and very supportive to me and all the other students! I’m so grateful that I got to know her from a previous studio. I loved dancing since I was young but when I got older and became a mom, I got so busy that I needed to find a workout class that can inspire me to dance again, and her classes inspired me to get back to my love of dancing and working out at the same time. She keeps it fresh and exciting every 3 weeks with new content, and she inserts strength training with weights and exercises for the upper and lower body. Mikayla is so sweet and she gets to know you on a personal level, and makes us feel special with our milestones and gives us eucalyptus infused cold towel during the cool down. She’s the best!

Love taking Dance Cardio! There's nothing quite like what Mikayla does out there–this class combines strength training with a dance party and you end up with a full body workout after just one hour! I grew up dancing so it's been a fun way for me to get back into something I loved as an adult. Come take a class, you won't regret it!

Mikayla’s dance cardio is super fun! I always have a great time and leave the class drenched. She is very energetic, supportive, and motivating. She changes the dance content every three weeks and makes it fun with different themes. The studio is very clean and has all the equipment. I really enjoy her class and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun cardio workout!

I met Mikayla in the summer of 2023 at a previous gym and completely got hooked to her workout style and the way she teaches (literally the best and one of the most encouraging instructors out there)!! When she branched out I was STOKED and of course had to follow her! Every class is an AMAZING workout and I always leave pretty much drenched. Always ends my nights on a post I’ve note especially after a long day of work. Time goes by so fast because it’s so fun and the playlists / themes are always *chefs kiss*

Dance Cardio has been one of my favorite classes since Mikayla started teaching them. I’ve been attending classes for over a year now and have continued to love it. Step Bootcamp was a great add to the schedule as well. Highly recommend anyone who likes to dance and get a good workout in!

Mikayla cultivates a clean and well laid out dance fitness program that's fun, supportive and welcoming. I especially like that strength training and weightlifting are incorporated in it too. Everything's provided so I only have to bring myself!
